Pros

Apiant is not only priced better than its competitors, but it also delivered a technologically superior experience to automating our company.
Apiant is so powerful in what they can accomplish, yet they make it look so simple.
Easy to reach help and support. Easy to troubleshoot, everything is logged.

Pros

It feels like it is an integral part of my business operations with great features like accessibility options and permissions.
The pre-populated resources are a great benefit and serve as a guide of sorts.
We have tried over 30 years and Touchstone is the hands down winner.

Cons

For example, in the last month alone, I've run over 10,000 tasks; an amount that would bankrupt me to try and manage with staff, overseas or domestic.
We've been told the software would be accurate and it's now, now they saying it's from MBO's fault. I never had that problem before.
We've been charged right away. We also have been told we would have a service ready which isn't true.

Cons

My personal problem with the software is not the software itself but my lack of time to spend on building the workplans that we need.
My clients solve the problem of inconsistent performance and being a prisoner of their own business.
The most difficult thing for us is taking the time to get familiar with all aspects and to remember to go to Touchstone instead of the myriad of notepads and physical documents (breaking bad habits).
