Pros

Its a very good monitoring tool. The overall ease of use ,configuration and excellent customer support makes it one of the best monitoring tools available.
User friendly and we can customize this product as per our requirement. I did some customization for mongodb with the help of APM team and which is supports my requirement.
This software was initially brilliant: quick to set up, easy to use, and a good value for the money.

Pros

The team was extremely helpful as I got into the tool and needed best practice guidance. They were focused on getting me the background I needed to setup successfully.
I really want to highlight how good and responsive Aha support is. These are clearly people who have used the platform as product managers - not just well-trained sales/technical support staff.
The CCG Product Team loves the roadmap features, reporting capabilities, strategy visualization and customizations, system integration abilities, ease of use and working closely with the Aha.

Cons

Limited agents for APM marks a limitation on the usage of this tool.
No other application management tool comes close to the quality/price of applications manager.
This maybe because my company has not set up that feature. I find it difficult to find closed or past requests.

Cons

Some unintuitive behaviour. E.g. some Feature workflow states (that are not in use by any Feature) cannot be deleted because it complains they are in use.
The set up and start up can really be confusing.
I felt that Aha was very confusing when comparing it to Jira and/or Agile Central.
