Pros

Its a very good monitoring tool. The overall ease of use ,configuration and excellent customer support makes it one of the best monitoring tools available.
User friendly and we can customize this product as per our requirement. I did some customization for mongodb with the help of APM team and which is supports my requirement.
This software was initially brilliant: quick to set up, easy to use, and a good value for the money.

Pros

This software is easy to use and have excellent customer support that will help you when and if it is needed.
Easy to use, awesome support, easy implementation. Full featured, great dashboards and easy reports.
Easy to use, delivers excellent reporting. They have the best customer support.

Cons

Limited agents for APM marks a limitation on the usage of this tool.
No other application management tool comes close to the quality/price of applications manager.
This maybe because my company has not set up that feature. I find it difficult to find closed or past requests.

Cons

Can't really think any negative issue with this company or product.
No additional price for netflow, or different types of devices.
Right now the only issue we have with the package is that if we lose connection to our WLC/APs in our environment we have to set those back up.
