Pros

Pros

The reports are great, the integrations are super easy and the website itself is easy to understand. Other RMMs need a team of onboarders to show you how to use it over a period of a month.
Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.
The ease of use and rate of development is amazing. The interface is powerful but so simple, we don't really need to train new staff what to do as it's so intuitive.

Cons

Cons

I have been able to focus on bigger task without having to worry about patching and network connectivity loss. To get notified immediately when a server is off-line is exactly what I need.
It is missing some of the more advance funtions that some other RMMs have.
Another thing that is more of an inconvenience than a con. You are required to have 2FA enabled to make configuration/policy changes.
