Good error tracking tool with user-friendly UI

User friendly and very easy to use

Pros

Good UI makes it easy to track errors or performance issues.

Cons

It would be good to be able to export some error data: for instance we need to export a list of users who have had a specific bug to let them know it's solved

Set up for applications

All tools and services in one place, making it easy for those writing codes to do their job faster.

Pros

This software is nice because it lets the user know exactly what errors or issues are being made and the site is fairly easy to use.

Cons

It is easy to use, but they should have a new system for error notification. The way they set up their notifications for errors or other reports isn't great, so they could definitely improve on that.
