Pros

It is a robust and flexible system. Their customer support is outstanding and helps me complete the.
Excellent support, very mature and stable service for business critical operations.
The software is simple to use (for users and administrator). It had a good structure and a good overview.

Pros

It scales down to our needs. It is easy to use and set up and technical support so far has been fantastic - both friendly and very helpful.
Mot databases are pretty much the same when using it on a small scale so I went with the fantastic client service and the affordable price point for our little non-profit food shelf.
Basic user still designing processes and workflows to enter into Kintone. Excited about what else it may be able to help us with and expand to other departments.

Cons

This is for me a shortage because when I have a change request on the mapping, I can't do it my selves. I have to follow the online courses but time is what I'm struggle with.
I would have to delve my brain to find something negative about them. If there is anything negative they take the necassary actions to remove impediments.
In the past we worked with several providers but to manage this was difficult.

Cons

One use case that is a bit disappointing is the need to pay for additional guest accounts.
But if we had to go this alone, we'd never have endured.
We picked this software in order to fix a paper based process that had gone wrong After we made the first application we've made 30 more for different processes in our company.
