Pros

Glad we decided to go to a much better solution a while ago, would not recommend this service or anything to do with Datto to anyone.
Good way to solve gsuite backups with nice UI and functionality for great price.
Backupify throughout the phases of research, implementation and use has been excellent to work with. There customer service team is responsive to our needs.

Pros

There are a lot of options for delivering the connection info. There is good reporting, and the ability to capture screens, as long as we are working from the office, and strong APIs.
This program is very easy for our staff to use, and very easy for the customer to initiate a support session. The ability to transfer client sessions between Tech Support reps is great.
Mobile support is amazing as I love being able to remote into my home computer from my phone.

Cons

Customer Support is the worst I have every experienced. I could not restore for 2 weeks.
This was helpful for team members that were no longer with the company but periodically we need to access their old emails. Now, we have to pay to keep the accounts open longer.).

Cons

Ve seen some people complain that it's hard to explain to customers how to install.
It can be annoying when you are in the middle of a time sensitive issue and need a tech to connect to your computer.
Nothing, I use this software for the last 3 years. I don't think so i have any problem in 3 years.
