Balsamiq is very easy to pickup and start creating wireframes, it has loads of great features that make it a joy to use. The end wireframes look great and get good feedback from the team.
Can't say that there is something outstanding. I would say it is a good tool for mockups with a lot of features that are focused specifically on mockups which makes it very nice and outstanding.
The ready made components are awesome and super easy to use and set up.
Pros
SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been so helpful and wonderful during onboarding, using, and running into some bumps.
Thank you to the entire Userlytics team for making it so easy to test, to use and for having the best support. You are changing the game.
Simple and user friendly platform. Learning curve is not steep and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and team are always accessible and ready to help.
Cons
Some of the mock ups can appear very rough as if someone has designed them with a very pressured hand on a piece of paper.
There are very few User Interface elements which is a disadvantage to this software as UI is constantly being updated.
Wireframes can look child-like and unprofessional with some settings. Currently based on Adobe Air technology which is outdated.
Cons
By constant I mean 1/2 tests are incomplete due to technical issues from the tester or with the software. Also, you have to train your own employees on how to use their very confusing platform.
It's hard to scale top to bottom and the questions can get lost. Also putting a star or indicator for when a task/scenerio/metric has a URL link attached.
Using Userlytics as a remote, evaluative testing service for a startup (think cost constrained).
