Cloud-Scale Monitoring Platform For Metrics, Traces, & Logs
What users mention about Datadog See all reviews Reliable, easy to integrate, supports all important types of monitors and events, fast UI. You can easily setup your dashboard for important metrics. Great web monitoring tool if you have the time to dig into all the options and settings. The user interface is really professional and good looking and the charts and graphs are well thought out. I think that the best features that Datadog has is that you can track and follow logs in real time, something really important to have if your project is live.
Turning Sight Into Vistion
What users mention about LogicMonitor See all reviews It has been my greatest pleasure to consistently underutilized and not take advantage of the vast configuration and customization options that this software brings to the table. Chat support is good and available 24/7 and we have a dedicated customer success team contact who can assist with any escalations, questions, or concerns we have. It has made training new techs a breeze due to documentation and ease of use. They are responsive to requests and open to help you help them build the product.
Project & Issue Tracking Software - See why we're #1!
What users mention about JIRA See all reviews I like the ease of viewing all the issues on one dashboard that eased delegating tasks to lower management and proved to be a wonderful tool for project management. I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere. For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.
Alerting and on-call management for always-on services
What users mention about Opsgenie See all reviews The economics of the platform fit our needs better than the alternatives. I like the ability to easily spread the responsibility of support across the team. I like the user-friendly interface and how easy it is to integrate with other applications. The search functionality in the Alerts section is super flexible and easy to use. Ability to set quiet hours is great to allow people to get a good night's sleep without leaving big gaps in coverage.
Cloud log management and monitoring
End-to-End visibility for serverless applications
Remote monitoring & management for managed service providers
What users mention about Naverisk See all reviews It's was an amazing improve along those years and I am very confident to say that Naverisk hear what their customers have to say and align their development with the customers needs. Naverisk is a comprehensive RMM solution with a rich feature set which continues to improve. Naverisk support is very good and the ability to deal with real people makes a refreshing change. Great reporting once you get the hang of what its reporting. Awesome command line tool, great script packs.
Remote monitoring & management platform
Cloud-powered SQL server performance monitoring
SQL server performance monitoring
Best Backup for Businesses of All Sizes
What users mention about Acronis Cyber Backup See all reviews What i really don't like about this software is the fact that sometimes, out of nowhere, you get error messages that are not being specific as to what the problem is. I like how easy and quick it is to make an image of a computer. I also REALLY like the universal restore feature, this is great for restoring a system on dissimilar hardware. It was very reasonably priced, and it has proven to be such a good tool that I can recommend it to my customers.
IT Systems Management Software for Internal IT and MSPs
What users mention about Kaseya VSA See all reviews All in all it's a pleasure to work with if things don't break, which is not too often compared to other software products. And what would be the fun if it never went kaput. The problem with the quantity of features is that documentation is a mess and the UI is difficult to navigate. The organization is too basic to support so many features. The interface is currently awful. Flash is not a technology that should be used in a modern product and the interface frequently fails to update accurately when using filters.
Private cloud management solution for legal & law firms
What users mention about Abacus Private Cloud See all reviews The experience was catastrophic. The on boarding team at Abacus Private Cloud was never able to transition our data from Amicus to AbacusLaw and we were within 10 days of missing a billing cycle. Initial sizing of systems needs was way off; forced me into poor service or 30% price increase and you are stuck with the contract even though it was their mistake. What we have enjoyed the most with APC is their customer service. The technicians that we have dealt with have been dedicated to finding a solution.
IT Automation for Today’s IT World
What users mention about ConnectWise Automate See all reviews We love that we are able to do so much with the computers that we manage on this software. Also love that we can find out hardware information through this secure application. He's amazing, and has made this software do some really incredible stuff for us. It had good functionality out of the box, but we've been adding scripts and automation to it for 5 years at this point. Great customer service, with a large knowledgebase to assist in answering questions. They've been around a while, they're the best in the business.
Ultimate All-In-One RMM Tool Suite for MSPs and IT Pros
What users mention about Atera See all reviews Ve used all of the major RMM tools and this is the best value for what I do. The support has been very good and they reach out to offer help regularly. Used Atera for a free trial, as I liked the idea of not having to pay per endpoint. The software a was nice and clean, but very minimal in terms of advanced features and integrations. Hopefully the ticketing and reports will improve and we can start using them. For us, the parts we use are worth the price, but hopefully we can implement the other features.
Remote support for helpdesks, call centers and organizations
What users mention about LogMeIn Rescue See all reviews This program is very easy for our staff to use, and very easy for the customer to initiate a support session. The ability to transfer client sessions between Tech Support reps is great. Mobile support is amazing as I love being able to remote into my home computer from my phone. My IT team uses LogMeIn Rescue to remotely connect to our PCs and resolve IT issues, it is easy to use, i can easily grant remote access to them.
Network Monitoring For Serious Professionals
What users mention about PRTG Network Monitor See all reviews Easy to use, the free version of the software provides a good number of sensors to work with and easy to integrate. Don't expect them to go out of the way for you. PRTG has wasted 2+ hrs fighting with me on fixing something their software caused, something they could likely fix in a 5min phone call. I love the licensing model for PRTG. I can just buy a bulk set of sensors and then I can "spend" those sensors in any way that I like.
The Easiest-to-Use Unified Endpoint Management Platform
What users mention about NinjaRMM See all reviews I have been able to focus on bigger task without having to worry about patching and network connectivity loss. To get notified immediately when a server is off-line is exactly what I need. The reports are great, the integrations are super easy and the website itself is easy to understand. Other RMMs need a team of onboarders to show you how to use it over a period of a month. Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.
Ease the burden of IT auditing
What users mention about Netwrix Auditor See all reviews Once we got the auditing to start, it picked up all of the items it missed while it wasn't auditing, so we lost nothing. After getting the system up and running it has been a great tool for being proactive when monitoring our environment. The automated reports work great. Easy to use, Easy to install, Easy to configure, Love the automatic reports and the ability to search the reports with lots of filtering options.

We build CI/CD so you can build the next big thing.
What users mention about CircleCI See all reviews It have a very nice user interface and allow us to access our build so that it helps and saves time in debugging. We've been on the free plan for a few months now and it's been great. Very flexible and customizable. I use the free version and it is very good software. What users mention about Wufoo See all reviews I was always impressed with how friendly the help desk staff were. You can customize the template of your forms, you can set rules, set up payment integration. Wufoo is helpful for creating any type of form in which you want someone to enter some type of information. Terms of service, agreements, anything like that its great. Wufoo helps create some beautiful forms, which integrate nicely with other applications. Additionally, you can embed the forms and redirect to another site, like a scheduler.

What users mention about Whatfix See all reviews The ability customize the conditions under which specific workflows are triggered is awesome. The support offered by our agent was extremely helpful in setting up the more complex conditions. It's very easy to use and implement in your application. The Whatfix support page is incredibly helpful and straightforward and the customer service is superb. Ease of creating the flows, unobtrusiveness of the tool in our application, and simplicity of use. As much as the software, we are really impressed with the customer support provided.
Easy-to-use design & brand templating platform.
What users mention about Lucidpress See all reviews Lucidpress is easy to use and makes books/flyers/pamphlets that look amazing. I love the professional look and polish that I get from this program. Lucidpress allowed us to create several books and other projects with ease. The templates are terrific, the cost is perfect and the end result is stunning. I love how easy it is to put together flyers and advertisements. I am not a graphics designer and I cannot afford to have a marketing department so this service has been great for our small business.
Enterprise Agile Program Management
Diagram tool to draw any type of chart or diagram
What users mention about SmartDraw See all reviews This software has so many awesome templates that helped me desing what I wanted to do with my yard. It made layout a snap and was a pleasure to work with. Connecting the lines can be a bit frustrating at times but it could just be the lack of experience with it. A program that is incredibly complicated to understand. They attempt to simplify the architecture process but it is miserably complicated and lacks an intuitive interface.
Powerful Test Management Software
What users mention about SpiraTest See all reviews Very rich functionality, close to HP Quality Center, in some areas even better. Excellent customer support, bug fixes and enhancements available, features requested by customers are implemented. The tracking of progress is nice and ability to create incidents from a specific test steps helps a lot. All the different types of reports that are available to generate are also quite nice. It would be nice to have a choice if an item is pasted before or after the checked item in the list. We would like to have the possibility to link a Test Case folder with a superior Requirement.
Build online database applications without coding.
A/B Testing and Nudge Marketing Platform
Duda is the web design platform for scaling your agency.
What users mention about Duda See all reviews Client management helps a lot and the preview function makes good steps in landing new clients. Building responsive websites for clients is now more fun. There are no worries about the white screen of death with WordPress when you update a plugin. Also the personalization and analytics they provide skip having to use data studio and what not. Our overall experience with Duda has been amazing. It is a great product and a great value for the price. What users mention about Lucidchart See all reviews Lucidchart is a far superior product to the more traditional flowchart software Visio. The simple layout, easy sharing and the ability to build complex flow charts make Lucidchart the best out there. I had a very good overall experience with Lucidchart. It honestly was a lifesaver because I didn't have any other tools to help me create types of charts and graphs. The app is intuitive, easy to use and the product is reasonably priced for the basic and intermediate level. The graphics are bright and fun and add to the feeling you are using a polished product.
Two-way contact sync between your cloud applications.
What users mention about PieSync See all reviews Even though mostly it’s users error but it is hard to determine the error with current system available. It should have more software programs in it. PieSync made it incredibly easy to set up all the sync integrations, even for me being a non-technical person. I highly recommend this solution and am so happy we chose it. I don't know if I've ever evangelized about a technology that I've cancelled before, but consider me a true believer. This is a superb company with a great product.
Creative project management & proofing for improved workflow
What users mention about inMotion ignite See all reviews I have enjoyed the ability to keep track of all of our projects. I like that we can save files in it and that submitters can provide quick and simple instructions. I love most the proofing functions of this software. Having all of the edits, comments and changes in one place is wonderful. InMotion ignite is a big improvement from classic and is easy to use. Customer service has been excellent and are always looking for feedback on ways to improve the software.

Best team goal setting and tracking software.
What users mention about Weekdone See all reviews It's easy to see and track the progress of your own goals, the team's and company's OKRs. The graphs are provide a nice overview of the achievements and progress. We were looking for a simple and affordable solution for composing and sharing OKR and tracking progress. Weekdone had those features and more at an affordable price. It's a nice tool to keep track of progress of yourself, team, and company and provides useful graphs and overviews. I can prioritise much better since I've been using Weekdone.

What users mention about Backlog See all reviews It is wonderful the system of assignment of tasks and notifications that allows to always take the project to the day and with the priorities to solve. It is a designer and programmer friendly tool where it's easy to collaborate without any noticeable hassles. I liked the inclusion of the Wiki as well, and I like the tiered subscription model they use, making it easy to find a level of feature availability that suites your team's needs.

What users mention about ActiveCollab See all reviews I really like the ability to track time, tasks and progress all in one tool. And the speed in which I can spin up a new project is pretty great. It is a valuable software, which really helps its users on a daily basis and is very flexible in its operation. We greatly appreciate his progress and are reassured about his future. The Enterprise Results Platform
What users mention about Workboard See all reviews Top Pros include nice user interface, the ability to create tasks easily (well, as easy as the platform allows), adjusting dates and priorities, and the ability to take notes and comments. OKR metrics are the next, and much improved, evolution of managing business strategy. Workboard allows me to drive my business in an efficient manner by staying faithful to the Doerr/Google methods. Upon getting a notice from my bank that I've been overdrawn, I checked my email, and to my dismay I discovered I've been charged the whole annual amount of $632.10.
Email and collaboration management solution

Create beautiful product roadmaps with ProductPlan.
What users mention about ProductPlan See all reviews I would strongly recommend this tool as it's super simple to use, with some great UI and graphics, making the tool very easy to use, read and understand by anyone. I really like the ability to be able to cobine roadmaps, and the look and feel of the product is great. This application helps me to view multiple plans through its amazing view that could easily manage larger views as well.
Secure document collaboration & project management
What users mention about Huddle See all reviews I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure. It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well. Once we got it up and running the improvements we saw in our teamwork was clear. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you are on the market for something like this.
Information mapping and idea visualization tool
What users mention about MindManager See all reviews Easy to use and great for brain storming. Great software and lots of customisation like the ability to add pictures and icons to maps. Have you ever felt that you have lots of great ideas but they are too tangled. That instead of feeling excitement on delivering these ideas, you are feeling overwhelmed instead. As a task manager it is awesome and also helps in ideation sessions.
Conversation platform for team collaboration & productivity
What users mention about Glip See all reviews The thing that I like most about Glip is that it is super easy to use. I like that you can easily share files and that conversation history stays in the window at all times. Excellent messaging features, including practical things like tagging people, keyboard shortcuts, and inline attachment previews, as well as fun features like GIF's and Memes. I no longer worry if a task is going to be completed on time or forgotten. WIth Glip, we are able to stay organized and communicate more effencently.
Email management software and shared inbox for teams
What users mention about Front See all reviews Easy to use, scalable to any size company and has a fantastic phone app. Customer support is good and it was easy to install and set up the software. This is just a feature request rather than a complaint, but I can have all the conversations in an email opened by default instead of the collapsed view. Previously, we attempted to use Gmail to accomplish this, but Front does a great job of managing the workflow of sharing one email and collaborating effectively.
Productivity suite for freelancers & SMBs
What users mention about todo.vu See all reviews Vu is great when managing very small amount of project and tasks. The pricing is good, and have a free option to try out before use. It's clean, intuitive, and easy to use. The built in timer is far and away the best one we've used as a company. The UI and ease of use for this software is amazing.
All-in-one product management platform & roadmap tool
What users mention about productboard See all reviews Excellent community including a slack channel with helpful tips, articles etc. Portal is an excellent idea and great for engaging users and displaying the roadmap to prospective enterprise customers. The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great. It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Collaborative task management platform
What users mention about Azendoo See all reviews It is easy to use and there are tons of great integrations with other fantastic tools like Evernote. If you lead people and need an affordable tool for you and your team, check out Azendoo. The platform is super simple to use and easy on the eyes. It's perfect for freelancers who don't want to spend a ton of money each month for similar platforms. We've gone from Trello to it because it allows more flexibility and a better management. The customer team is also great, ask for a new feature, if it's a good idea they add it.
The agile collaboration app for organizational flow.
What users mention about Favro See all reviews What I like most about Favro is that it is intuitive, effective for working together, and also that with its help I can comfortably monitor the status of tasks performed in real time. I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system. I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).
Communication and collaboration platform for teams
What users mention about Flock See all reviews One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication. Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes. Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.
Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about monday.com See all reviews The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean. The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration. Monday.com is a great tool in my experience for smaller teams who need a robust solution to help with project alignment and goal setting.
Project and work management for teams of all sizes.
What users mention about Asana See all reviews Using the free version currently and the free version is good enough for my management. I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
Visual collaboration tool for shared project perspectives
What users mention about Trello See all reviews Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties. Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.
Real-Time Team Collaboration & Project Management Software
What users mention about Samepage See all reviews What I like about this software, is its flexibility in sharing task information to the team (members of the group). The ease in listing time and date of activities is very easy and user friendly. I contacted customer service and they gave me a fabulous deal for my non profit. It is nice to see that some companies are still helping small businesses. Very polished looking interface, with clean & sharp icons. The ability to have conversations, share files, and modify one file for updates to the team is great online.
Online meeting software with HD video conferencing
What users mention about GoToMeeting See all reviews With how easily it is to set up an event for the presenter, the attendee "ease of use" is also excellent and makes it more appealing to joining the meeting. I do love this platform for ease of use. I espeically love that I can setup a meeting quickly to provide tech support or host an impromptu meeting. I have had colleagues that were unable to attend class due to illness and this made it possible for them to call into class, listen to the lecture/discussion, and chime in.
Collaboration and task management tool
What users mention about MeisterTask See all reviews It is very easy to use, it is wonderful that I can share this with my collegues and we can all see what each other is working on and for how long. I had problems with having a overview about the tasks in my team. Now we can shortly assign the tasks and nothing gets lost in the chain. I like how is designed and i like the user friendly interface. I recommend this app for everyday use and i like how the pro user features are easy to found and use.
A single place for team communication and workflows
What users mention about Slack See all reviews As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit. Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it.
Create, capture & access everyday notes on mobile devices
What users mention about Evernote See all reviews Intuitive document organisation, just like you would organise tangible documents, big kudos to the product design team. Great ease of use, even for first-time users. I love everything about this app. I use it on my laptop and have the accompanying app, and the information is synced immediately - making it super easy to track anything and everything. Sometimes I can get lost in the endless categories and subcategories that are possible to make. And notes can sometimes hard to distinguish from each other.
Secure collaboration tool for board meetings
What users mention about Diligent Boards See all reviews Sometimes lost between windows opened and by mistake we close the wrong window and have to re connect again. Not that easy when we want to download some documents (the path is quite long). I love that Messenger allows you to send and receive files, photos, messages, videos, and payments for free. This app is super powerful, quick, and intuitive. All delivered in a quiet and very professional manner. One of the best, if not the Best experience, with any software group with which I have had to interface.
Connect with your contacts
What users mention about Pobuca Connect See all reviews The loading speed of the pages is awful unfortunately. It sometimes ruins the whole experience. The ability to utilize custom fields is also incredibly useful. Having both Android and iPhone apps is very useful for us. What I like most about the application is: ease of use and the user interface.
Automatic time tracking software for SMBs
What users mention about TimeCamp See all reviews We like how it integrates well with our project management software. It also has great analytical reports that in turn help us better our business practices. I like its ease of use the most. It not only helps us in measuring time but also helps us in improving time. It's availability across different patforms (Win, Mac, iOs and Android) is also great plus for me. Its offers powerful features on very good price ( i have to admit it).
A Modern Digital Workplace to keep remote teams connected.
What users mention about OnSemble See all reviews Now, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on things. If I had more time, or had things not been so jumbled when I took it over, I think our portal would look even better than it does now. I love the support we receive from them, especially all of the webinars and trainings. It really helps bridge the gap between where our portal is today and where we want it to be. Minimal training time - OnSemble is very easy for staff to adapt to. The built-in modules are amazing and help with pretty much any need we've had with our Intranet.
Contextual User Activity Monitoring
What users mention about ActivTrak See all reviews This software is quite impressive for tracking how computer time is used in our organization. I would highly recommend it to anyone who might want to improve productivity. One of your consultants contact me to know if I am happy and getting on well with the program so it is a Pro that customer service is so good. I am a very happy customer. ActivTrak is amazing as it also tracks browsing histories and productivity of employees. Its layout is simple which is a great feature if you want an organized type of software.
Desktop app for managing your accounts, apps, and workflows.
What users mention about Shift See all reviews Overall we're very happy with Shift and I can't see myself not using it. It's a simple but effective tool to consolidate your desktop and make you extremely focused on the important things. I loved the software the minute I watched the promo. Thought it was too good to be true, then tried the free version and then fell in love and invested in the pro version - BEST MONEY SPENT. NOW, it does not work and locks up the application completely, to the point that I have no choice but to remove it from my shift.
Proofreader, plagiarism checker & tone detection solution
What users mention about Grammarly Business See all reviews I like that Grammarly is quick, accurate and good at explaining the corrections that it suggests. It also is simple to use - once you install the plugin or extension you are good to go. Super easy to setup and use, it works really good when integrated with Gmail, super easy , and user friendly, it helps users to send emails thru without hesitation for grammar. Grammarly really helps to save time and produce better content. I appreciate is immediately way to sync with the page you are working on.

Thank you for your interest in my order, and the time you gave me. I love that I can link up Google Sheets and other 3rd parties to Gekoboard. IT & DevOps Incident Management
What users mention about VictorOps See all reviews Very customizable, easy to use, and fantastic support. This has really made managing alerts and on-call so much easier, and we've always had helpful and friendly support when needed. I like the best is the simplicity to set it up and to integrate with other tools, as well as the versatility to create different teams with different escalation schedules and paging policies. Works like clockwork, providing a smooth seamless experience. It is incredibly easy to assign on call schedules, and set up alerting.

IT infrastructure monitoring & alerting
What users mention about Nagios XI See all reviews The best benefit is the ability to create a monitor in a GUI rather than a command line. The best infrastructure monitoring tool helps a lot in managing any server for IT infrastructure which Contains All Needed Features. The UI and its functions are great. Enjoy working on this tool.
Performance (APM) for developers. All insights, one platform
What users mention about Stackify Retrace See all reviews We moved from New Relic to Stackify. There are a few things we really miss, that do not seem to be on the road map, such as error alerting based on a percentage and not a total number. The APM constantly stops and requires human intervention or a support call to get running again. We started it this morning and it died in less than 15 minutes. I love the graphs, and the details and the ease of navigation, plus when I was stuck on a particular issue, the Stackify support was very helpful. What users mention about Pingdom See all reviews The only disadvantage is that the discounted prices only come when you pay upfront rather than monthly. If their price suits you, it is a great tool, even their free plan is awesome. Pingdom offers really more than I expected, so I cannot know any problem or negative element about it.
All-in-One Application Performance Monitoring
What users mention about Dynatrace Ruxit See all reviews We have also lost features over the years that we have used, and the reports and maintenance window configuration have an awful time with time zones, even though they have drop-downs for each report. The other motivation was the design of the product itself. Everybody can show charts and metrics but ruxit’s infographics are amazing. Dynatrace has been a good addition to our armor of APM tools that we use. It was a an easy to install/deploy solution and we have been using it to monitor our services.
Webuzo Application Manager
Track exceptions with modern error logging
What users mention about Sentry See all reviews Sometimes seems to not show all the errors, looks like can skip some of It, so we cannot find information about some user that is complaining about an error. Pretty easy to incorporate into your system. Really helpful when trying to debug issues in your code and provides helpful data from what and where your customers are coming from. Many integrations with popular programming languages. Can host the open-source version locally if you want (but I recommend paying Sentry to manage it for you).
Incident Management & Operations Performance Software
What users mention about PagerDuty See all reviews The ability to to have the information displayed and on the go with the App is great for us as we can engage with stakeholders and its bought in consistency for out out of hours team on alerting. Integration with CloudWatch, webhooks, Jira is outstanding, functional, and reliable. The application has gotten better over the years I have used it. We also suffer during outages for the lack of a "acknowledge all incoming pages" button.

Business Graphics Software
What users mention about Inkscape See all reviews I really like it, its a good alternative to adobe illustrator its available for free plug ins on web to make it better or change it to how you like a lot of tutorials due to popularity. When working with large files, It lags and often crash. It gets really annoying when it can't keep up with the editing process. Inkscape is an awesome design and drawing program for what they charge (FREE). Honestly, it's just as good as Illustrator but doesn't have the name (yet).
