As a systems integrator who offers MSP services, this is an invaluable too to use. There are cheaper options out there, but none that do everything we want it to do. There are always tradeoffs. But for what we get it is a good deal.This is now MSPAnywhere since it was bought by Solarwinds/nAble. You get a lot function wise: remote desktop, file transfer, system statistics, command line access, Windows services access, etc, all for a competitive price. It's more stable than some other solutions we tried on very slow bandwidth locations. On demand screen sharing service (similar to something like GoToAssist) is included with the account.

The product is great, but is has had some evolution, so this description is a bit updated. It has worked great, with the random bug, but their support team is really fast and efficient. I'm now exploring their RMM module.. so far so good. Great admin area, it's like you have your company in there and you decide who has the permission to do what. All the other "general" remote support tools work perfectly (desktop sharing, VoIP, file transfer, port forwarding, script deployment, etc..)
