Good replacement for what we were using, both price and function wise.


As a systems integrator who offers MSP services, this is an invaluable too to use.


You get a lot function wise: remote desktop, file transfer, system statistics, command line access, Windows services access, etc, all for a competitive price.


I wish it was all web based, but you only use the web portal to manage your account and users. You have to download and run a console program to remote manage systems. They don't provided a universal installer for the remote agent, which I would prefer.

Remote Support Software


The product is great, but is has had some evolution, so this description is a bit updated. It has worked great, with the random bug, but their support team is really fast and efficient. I'm now exploring their RMM module.. so far so good.


All the other "general" remote support tools work perfectly (desktop sharing, VoIP, file transfer, port forwarding, script deployment, etc..)


It supports windows, mac and java, but i would like to see a more developed java console.
