Out-of-the-box alert consolidation is available with no setup, and BigPanda’s data consolidation algorithms can be taught to accommodate infrastructure and application requirements that are unique to your needs.

Quicker Insights

Because BigPanda consolidates related alerts and correlates them to infrastructure changes, code deployments, runbooks, time-series metrics, and other data in real time, identifying critical incidents, including the hows and the whys, becomes a quicker and less tiresome process. The app provides not just high-level incidents but also a deep dive into each alert, with embedded links to the monitoring tools the alerts originated from for more insights.

Access to data critical to the decision-making process, e.g., real-time activity log, historical alerts, notes, and other metrics such as top problematic apps, machines, and services – can be done in a few clicks. BigPanda also comes with a search and filtering mechanism that simplifies the way you look for alerts and incidents across your monitoring system. In the search bar, simply enter the logical subset you want.

Collaboration

BigPanda not just integrates with monitoring and deployment tools, it connects with ticketing systems and collaboration solutions as well. This means you can automatically create and assign tickets via JIRA, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Zendesk, or BMC Remedy and share incidents with other team members through HipChat, Slack, Asana, SMS, or email.

Tickets are always up-to-date and you know who’s working on what, while you can access real-time activity logs and shared notes to keep everyone on the same page.
