Unlimited number of private repos, best for a small size team and startups. Can easily manage different projects and team. Easy integration with Jira and number of build tools for automatic deployment .
There are no such cons that I can list here, I have been personally using bitbucket for more than 3 years and only issue i could find was laggy UI in chrome apart from that i just love this product.

It seamlessly supports our development process. The code review functionality is best of breed. The user interface is reliable and intuitive. I use it on a daily basis and when it comes to this sort of software, you just want it to work. Plain and simple. And this one does the job well.
I would like to see them improve their gist support. It does not measure up to some of the competitors.
