Clean interface, good notifications, good user/team management. It plays very well with other Atlassian software, specially Jira in our case.

I really liked the integration with Jira where the branch and it's commits were directly linked in the Jira card. Also, for beginners it is very easy to use at first due to the friendly design and UX.

Good but not the best tool option for code version management 

Bitbucket is definitely a great tool for teams that are familiar or already in the Atlassian ecosystem. We use it with Jira and I would definitely recommend this over any other alternatives.

I've used Bitbucket for around a year and it's always worked as expected. Cloning a repository is easy and you're even able to provide read-access only to other users that want to use your code.
