Pros

Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together.
As a team Blink are brilliant. They are extremely proactive in all aspects of our relationship, from concept stage through to BAU.
I believe we made a great decision by choosing Blink and I would recommend them to any other company looking to up their communication game.

Pros

ON top of all this the app itself is extremely solid. Easy to use and very functional with everything we need to reach out 6,000+ employees.
This application is super convenient and easy to use for our employees. Very easy to navigate with a pretty intuitive operation of the app.
We are improving our ability to communicate with ALL levels of our Organization--regardless of language, job position, and geography.

Cons

My only criticism is that when on boarding you have to them re enter the employee to add there details such as payroll information.
However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.
I'm looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.

Cons

For our company, push notifications often do not work. Associates also struggle to stay signed into the platform and the forgot password link does not work many times.
The dates are incorrect. I know this is because we are not on the updated version, but this can be confusing to our viewers.
The lack of customization that can be done in a quick manner.
