I really like how easy it is to create a diagram that looks visually appealing. It's easy to select a color pallet and style that complents each price of data I want to visualize.

Some features may need a more tweaking, e.g. it's very difficult to move cells up and down, and also it's a lot of efforts trying to select and move an element inside a group.

Cons

It has some issues with formatting and that can be a pain in the butt especially if you are used to MS Word. It's missing email and calendar applications.

I also dislike it when I format a document in OpenOffice, the formatting doesn't translate to Microfsoft Word very well. I've often had to reformat OpenOffice documents to line up correctly in Word.
