The whole experience has been great and we have dealt with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] from day 1, without being passed to various account managers which is also something we really value.
We went to market with the aim of finding 3 vendors to submit their pricing to us as we sought to move away from a provider that had gradully gone downhill over the previous 18 months. CAMS were obviously keen from day one but they never shased or hassled and when we explaine our time frames for a decision they were relaxed and sat back allowing us the right space to consider our next moves. Significant cost savings as well as seen a reduction in management time
The process to deploy was really easy as it just bolted on to our existing infrastructure and meant that we didn't have to port all our websites across.
Nothing really missing or bad about CAMS - so many features mean that we are still learning what it can do for us and the benefits it gives our clients

Value for money along with the functionality, does everything we need and more.
UI could be improved but not a show stopper and is functional.
Thanks for the feedback. We have a new upgraded UI getting rolled out in July 21. It takes on board some of the comments we discussed offline. I think everyone will be impressed. Steve

Like many companies we were running services across different cloud platforms and lacked information about utilisation and did not have clarity about what we were paying for vs what we were using. The initial onboarding process was painless and we were quickly up and running. The support we received was excellent from the team and we have since been able to improve the efficiency of our deployment, rationalising some services and measurably reducing our costs as a result.
The bottom line impact of using CloudOps Active Management Solution - CAMS - has been that we have been able to reduce our monthly spend while also having much greater granularity about how our cloud deployment is managed including detailed performance reviews of what our usage vs capacity which has helped us to make good decisions about usage.
We had some initial challenges in incorporating the reports from CAMS into our existing BI dashboards, but these were quickly resolved and have had no issues since.
