Pros

What we have found that we like the most is the ability to access this on mobile and workstations. Also, it is user friendly and very simple to use and customize to our requirements for COVID.
The templates they provide and the associated tools to customize your forms to fit your needs are great. If you every have questions or issues the support staff at GoCanvas has also been outstanding.
It has a contemporary look and feel, great mobile app, easy to integrate 3rd party tools or systems, the collaboration, communication and assessment tools are the best.

Pros

Their customer support is nicely responsive, and the price options (free and above) are absolutely amazing.
An effortless, beautiful and effective way to create splendid contact forms.
Firstly, Cognito Forms it elegantly clear in it's concept and approach. Jump right in and get started and you'll see how amazing this product is.

Cons

The mobile app does not support all types of documents (it is not a recurring error, I have not been able to reproduce the error).
Billing and exceptionally bad customer service.
Possibly deleting former employees as well since this data is no longer needed. Maybe also have backups of individual employees when they leave on vacation so that we can get immediate attention.

Cons

The more variable the potential information is, the more mileage you get out of conditional logic and repeating sections. I don't want any other bankruptcy attorneys to find out about Cognito forms.
Pricing plan is bit confusing should have differ from Submission and users.
Now, that said, I came to cognito forms from 123Forms because I had some problems getting what I wanted. Here, I get very much of what I want.

We have used this program for many option such as work orders when we did not have any at the time of using this software. Used electronic forms to track time for employee to build justification, and moved our variety of inspections to canvas to make it easy for submitters.

- cannot remember as some items have been fixed with each update to serve our need

GoCanvas provides an easy and quick method for converting paper forms to electronic forms. We've had a couple of forms that we struggled trying to convert to electronic forms because of the information/process that was required for these forms. GoCanvas provided a solution that was easy and quick to learn, which in the long run, saves us time, materials and labor. The only downside I found is the inability to search historical records obtained by the submitted electronic forms.

GoCanvas was the first and the only solution that we decided upon for our paperless contract documentation. We love the easy to use an app and the ability to scale with future employees. If We had one complaint it would the learning curve it takes to set up a new form. But once you understand how to build it everything is a snap.

Please avoid this company at all costs, they are highly unethical and untrustworthy. There are much better products available, its not worth the hassle. They tried to charge us for a full year after we cancelled their service due to terrible service and customer support. We blocked payment from the bank but somehow they have taken payment without consent from our accounts for the full amount. This is surely theft? I just hope that they lose more money than they took from us by losing potential customers/victims because of this review.

Easy custom forms.

Cons

Dishonest. Will take your money by any means necessary. App usually crashes when opened. Terrible customer support.

Ticked the box for a simple application to manage field engineers with minimum training and setup.

Pros

The online forms are easy to setup and customize as per individual requirements. Integrates very well with smart phones, we have tested in android phones. No training required for new users as it pretty much self explanatory.

Cons

Downloading forms in pdf can be a pain as you have to do it individually. Could improve data download options especially saving forms in bulk.

Eliminated paper forms, improved tracking, data storage, and improved accuracy.

Pros

It is easy to design an app and it was very intuitive for our crew to figure out how to use it. The ability to take pictures in the form really improved out accuracy and error finding. The fact that everything was stored in the cloud really improved our record keeping ability.

Cons

The price isn't really worth it for the functionality that we use. We pay for things that we do not use.

Pros

I think GoCanvas is great if you're looking for something simple to fill out for your forms. With electronic signatures and custom PDFs, you can easily take info from any source you want.

Cons

The fields can get a bit too simplistic. If there's more detail I'd like to add, then I'd have to capture it on separate forms (i.e. using Google Forms instead) for nested questions.

I like that I can modify my forms any time and it's super easy! I use this program every day. I have many other forms I will be converting to GoCanvas.

Cons

The data entry is not compact enough on the screen. I wish it was not so spread out. This is not a dal breaker by any means. Just a little tweak.

With GoCanvas we have been more than surprised with their great customer service. Every staff member we have worked with has been able see our vision as a company and help reach our goals going forward.

Cons

The part I would say we like the least is just the overall workload and time it takes to set all these forms up. However, they do offer assistance in creating forms for you which is a great alternative.

This app is very easy to use in sending my customers online forms rather than paper forms which can take up space and time filling them out. It is very easy to complete a form online rather than on paper with a pen.

Cons

Some forms do not open correctly which is embarrassing when the client informs you of this.

The ease in which a form can be created and deployed to users. I also like the ability to export the data in order to perform analysis.

Cons

Unable to attach additional files to the form. There are reports that are not static that I would like to be able to have saved and added to the form prior to submission

Simple and easy to use. Make doing daily paperwork easy. It also speeds up reporting on the time sensitive issues.

Pros

The fact that all of forms are in one place, and supervisors can fill forms out on their smart devices in the field and send all at one time. This not only saves time but money as well.

Cons

Not sure, but understanding all functions while building apps sometimes is a little hard. But nothing trial and error won't fix.

We have replaced an older form program with GoCanvas and opened up options to other departments. Their support has been very attentive to our needs and questions.

Pros

The ease of creating forms and end user experience has made rolling out the software , well, easy. The departments are in charge of their own forms and any changes which avoids delays they would otherwise experience contacting IT.

Cons

Currently, there is not the ability to attach documents to the form. We have the need to include official documents to some of the forms that have been created. We are working around that by taking a photo which works in some cases.

I started using GoCanvas because we do a lot of Motor Home (RV) Mechanical Inspections and the techs writing on my forms was quite often difficult to read. I bought an iPad and turned my form into an APP and my customers Love it! The techs find it easy to use.

Pros

I like the fact that I can customize the forms to my personal needs

Cons

Been a user for quite some time now- over 5 years, at the beginning the apps were a little difficult to make, I spent many hours getting my APP to where it is today (Version 58) the newer app builder is much, much better than previous versions.

Pros

I like this as you can build forms that customers can fill in on mobile, avoiding all the hassle that comes from giving customers paper forms. The forms are very flexible. You can even put in numerical fields which will automatically produce calculations, multiple choice sections or even a section for signatures! It's very easy to make. You just drag and drop. There are even templates for commons situations which streamline the process further.

It's fast and easy to use, so there is nothing to complain about. When you first use it, it has too many helpful boxes that guide you on what to do (which is a little annoying) but they disappear after first use.

Pros

Functionality on smartphones. Ease of use to create customized forms. Ability to customize what the recipient sees.

Cons

Price has gone up significantly in the last few years. It can do a lot but is sometimes slow to load.

Great product for fillable forms

A very easy to use mobile form generator to allow me to go paperless.

Pros

The ease of creation of the forms and the ability to easily edit the forms as many times as needed and then the preview ability to really let you see how it works before trying to implement it. Great for capturing signatures as well.

Cons

A little bit of a learning curve on how different fields work and how best to set up the PDF so that the form is legible after filled out.

Use this before making decisions.

Pros

forms available to staff on galaxy pad and can be filled out after an incident quickly. Also no stacks of incident forms on my desk. Awesome. Able to set up test runs while rest of staff learned the system and still be able to group rates if we wish.

Cons

A bit expensive for small department with many users. otherwise happy. The system seems to be easy to use, no issue there.
