Pros

My experience with Canvas software compared to other similar software has been very favorable. The features of Canvas is very user friendly and great support.
The customer support is wonderful as well as the ease of use. It also integrates with a lot of other programs on the market.
It has been a great experience from day one. Great customer support and Go Canvas is with you every sep of the way to get it up and running for your business.

Pros

Easy to use, great results, free version is great, affordable price for premium. Maybe just to much in-app selking.
If you know a bit of publishing it is a perfect tool to create any kind of document you would like to publish. It is also easy and fun to see how well the document will grow and finally look like.
The overall experience was great. We were able to publish a monthly newsletter promoting the exciting accomplishments of our school and community.

Cons

By far, the worst experience I have ever had as a paying B2B customer, and I just pray that I don't ever get an issue which I can't figure out my own workaround.
Still waiting on a search function in completed jobs and I still have trouble when my reference file is to large.
We do all our training exams on tablets and laptops and all of our inspections (forklift, vehicle, ladder, fire extinquishers, eye wash stations, hoists, cranes, scales and all filed with no paper!).

Cons

The first batch had some sloppy cuts and weren't aligned well, but they quickly reprinted and got it right when I brought it to their attention.
I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended and emailed customer service. They were very understand and got back to me the next morning saying they will refund me.
If you don't have the paid version, it's difficult to know what's free vs paid before you select it. The editing page is intimidating at first as it looks very professional, but you get used to it.
