Pros

What we have found that we like the most is the ability to access this on mobile and workstations. Also, it is user friendly and very simple to use and customize to our requirements for COVID.
The templates they provide and the associated tools to customize your forms to fit your needs are great. If you every have questions or issues the support staff at GoCanvas has also been outstanding.
It has a contemporary look and feel, great mobile app, easy to integrate 3rd party tools or systems, the collaboration, communication and assessment tools are the best.

Pros

They are always helpful, responsive and courteous. They listen to our ideas and suggestions, and implement those that will benefit the whole of the users.
My clients are impressed and my realtors prefer the reports from Spectora over any other format for ease of use on their end. I highly recommend Spectora software.
The team at Spectora does a great job. They continually support their customers while striving to improve their software in a responsible manner.

Cons

The mobile app does not support all types of documents (it is not a recurring error, I have not been able to reproduce the error).
Billing and exceptionally bad customer service.
Possibly deleting former employees as well since this data is no longer needed. Maybe also have backups of individual employees when they leave on vacation so that we can get immediate attention.

Cons

The software crashes multiple times during an inspection. This is extremely frustrating especially when in a compromised environment or bad location.
When I view the calendar, my screen auto scrolls down over and over. I'm not sure that this is a Spectora problem or a web browser but that gets a little annoying.
I have had a small problem and the follow up has been terrible. I have looped in ownership multiple times and nobody cares which is a bit alarming to me.
