Jason: Canvas is pretty affordable. It's often less than the cost of paper forms, believe it or not. We have a few different plans; basically segmented by how much canvas do you need; how many features; how much are you going to be using this. So…
Jimmy: Okay. Can you walk me through each tier and the options within each?
Jason: Yeah, Absolutely. We got a pretty heavy little look at the features and the options that come with each plan just below the main pricing area. But essentially, if you're in our start-up category; you have between one and five users using Canvas doing a maximum of 25 submissions per user per month. You sort of want that the basics from us; that would be $15 a month plan.
If you want to step-up to unlimited users or doing more submission; doing a little bit more with Canvas; so maybe you want to be able to edit the submissions; maybe you need some kind of support; maybe you want the ability to dispatch jobs to your workers; total more advanced security. So that plan comes with heavy compliance and you're paying $25 per user per month.
Jason: All of our plans, I should back up, all of these are based on the number of users you have; so per user per month. Our professional plan is $35 per user per month. That comes with a lot of other features and support; the ability to schedule dispatches; the ability to use our API to push data in the Canvas or pull it out; and also work flow, which is a new feature for us actually. They've been invented for a while, but it's the ability for people to collaborate on a single submission or document with multiple users on different mobile devices.
Jason: Let's say that there's a really large construction site and you want people to do a certain type of inspection or an audit every day, or every week. One guy starts the process and then when he is done with his area; so it's automatically sent to another user at another part of the job site. He could finish up his part of that submission and have it automatically go to the guy in charge to sign off on it.
Jason: Pretty powerful features that’s why it sort of our higher [00:03:24:08] pricing plan. Then if you have a lot more users, you'd fall into sort of what we call our Enterprise bucket.
In that case, we're happy to work with people directly whether that's doing some custom work for them or custom contracts; just really giving them the white club treat and like that.
