This application is very good in PIM with content management and features are very functional.

Overall experience is good if the use case is limited to exposing data from PIM and DAM products to Adobe or Microsoft tools.
IT is easy to use and set up. There are a lot of products supported for integration. It makes it very easy to use PIM data in Adobe softwares. The interface is also pretty simple.
Sometimes the tool has to be refreshed to reflect changes in API. It should also allow to export links for assets; this could be very useful for certain use cases. With some products, write back feature is not available.

As I said at the beginning a very good experience for different range of customers from creative operation team to brand management.
CI HUB has a long experience in Adobe technology and their connector is the clear representation of what matters on the customer side, from easy to connect any system in one panel drives, Stock, Shutterstock, DAM systems , PIM, Figma from any Adobe App and Office, what else ? Fantastic usage of custom metadata, revisions management, check in check out....similarity search....this is really the DAM inside any Adobe software to speed up your process. I really advise and price wise the ROI is fast. So the best connector in the market.
The global UI can be approved but it also linked to the SDK of Indesign so nothing that can be changed in one click.

The experience with Pimberly has been fantastic, from pre-sales to onboarding to launch. Each person who has represented the company has been polite, attentive, and informed. We have been regularly updated on new releases and their team have reached out many times to invite us to socials also. Aside from great software, they're a bunch of great people.
The system's flexibility. Almost anything is possible with its out-of-the-box automation features given as standard. The onboarding team was really informative, allowing us to transform our data and save man-hours to reduce monotonous tasks to workflows.
Some elements of the system are still a work in progress but having visibility of their product roadmap really helps to ensure that we're kept in the loop on the upcoming work. More "out-of-the-box" connectors for the larger sales channels would be desirable to allow for the user to interact with a GUI and receive logs on statuses per connector. If you have in-house developers this is certainly not an issue.
