Pros

Pros

The on boarding process was seamless and support resources very helpful. We had zero experience with EDI in this vertical and True Commerce did a great job guiding us through the setup.
Great experience overall. From implementation, to adding new trading partners, to integrating with new software just this year, we are overall very happy with the capabilities of this program.
The software basics are very good, user interface is very good. Setup for a new customer is not timely, and tech support for complicated import/export can take weeks to resolve.

Cons

Cons

Any dislikes seem to be addressed by the support staff. Usually it is just a lack of knowledge or misunderstanding that quickly gets explained and there is nothing left to dislike.
Hard to set up new Trading Partners (partner setup). When there are errors it is difficult to correct without contacting support.
So many functions should be automatic, the new system Foundry proved to be worse than the last version. So many clicks until you arrive what you actually need.
