Integrating Salesforce + Sage = More visibility and more selling

For the most part, the Commercient sync is entirely hands-free and required very little effort from our business. Any technical issues or requests that we have are handled quickly.

Pros

Commercient is extremely professional and thorough in the work they do. We have been customers for over a decade and have always experienced top-tier service and support.

Cons

Fourteen years ago, we integrated Sage + Salesforce, but we did not choose to utilize the native Salesforce "Parent/Child relationships" between our Salesforce custom objects. This is something we wish we implemented from the very beginning - it allows for sharing permissions to be applied at the record level based on owner. At this point, it would be a major overhaul to implement that parent/child relationship.

Great experience!

It's been a great experience working with Commercient to sync our QB data with Salesforce. They are very helpful when small issues arise and they are extremely proactive with maintaining our sync accurate and error free. We've been working with Commercient for a few years now and we look forward to continue to use their services.

Pros

They were very helpful during the setup and always available to answer questions.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit cumbersome and tedious but manageable.
