Nice solution

The project started out a little slow.  However, they then assigned [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to our account setup and things went great after that.  [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] took his time and helped me understand the program in much more detail and kept things moving along at the same time.  Highly recommend. 

Commercient Phase 1

We use the Commercient sync from Sage ERP to Salesforce and are very happy with the results. Commercient's implementation team worked with ours to ensure our requirements were understood then took care of the rest of the process themselves. After the sync, the support team was very helpful in making adjustments to the sync as requested in a timely manner. This sync will help us to leverage Salesforce and our ERP data to ensure our reps have what they need to succeed!

Contacted Commercient to help integrate our ERP with the LeanKit production management software, took a couple months but we're able to have new production cards created very soon after a sales order is entered. What took 30 minutes for 20 cards, had turned into 30 seconds after a sales order created to move it to the correct place in the production software! It frees up a lot of time for our production management team to take care of their other duties.
