Pros

We found the perfect solution to our business because before Creately we used Microsoft Visio (which is so complicated to use). Also, the learning curve (how to use it) it's really good.
The free version was really great for start point with the product, the flexibility was really good and the graphs and diagrams I made were really good.
Having a board that is very 'visual' it's been a big help to create charts and mapping of progress on the fly. Super fast and the end product is professional.

Pros

Getting everyone on the same page is now easier, and it's great for making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
It is reliable and easy to learn and use. We do lots of Click Meetings and we are always satisfied with the performance.
The customer service always helps me right away and in a super clear way, Im not a technical person so this is crucial for me.

Cons

Ask for help people prefer to start the conversation and then ignore. Customer support is crap and when they don't know what to do they just ignore.
There are issues with the JIRA and Confluence versions where existing drawings refuse to load.
The big terrible bug happened (5h hours worth of work just disappeared for no reason) , and that is where I discovered that you can not download docs that are bigger than 10MB.

Cons

Our second presenter wasn't able to be seen or heard and the participant's experience was glitchy - every 40 secs it would stall for 2 or 3 secs. We ended up losing most of the audience.
Frequently technical glitches (day of my webinar I wasn't able to upload a powerpoint because they were having problems). Poor customer support (wait times for online chat often exceed 80 minutes).
Attendees can use their phones to connect the audio if their wifi is poor, but connection points may or may not be available in a city near them.
