It's been a breeze to use, and save things that are major to save in my company, customer service is great helpful and gets back to you right away.

I mean, it's worse: they have "support" but don't return ever (and it wasn't just me. I read several reviews saying that they have this problem). It's not intuitive at all.

You should avoid uploading music covers or naming your files after songs that are famous, else the bot would send you warning on copyright infringement. You are allowed to challenge this only once.

What I like most about this is that tons of free storage is offered for free and you can earn more storage by watching ads (the best option), installing and playing some games (it's not recommended).

I uploaded a Christmas song that we had played for the church and got a warning and challenged the same to avoid account deletion.

From my point of view there is no deficiency in this software.

What they promised wasn't delivered. Even with monthly payments after subscribing to a pro plan, they still stopped the subscription and l have lost all photos.

As a private user with a big library Degoo is perfecto to store my books. Being able to download them to my book reader is great.

Even people with premium membership have got this problem and some of them didn't even upload any songs/videos with names that could have such copyright.

I think you can't... but this may have changed by now. I loved how it was written everywhere that my stuff would be forever stored, as long as I checked in once or twice a year.

For me at least, the mobile app is really hard to navigate. It seems that you cant just search through specific folders and locate files, but rather only through uploads by date.

Its very cost effective, been around for years and has a good market share, meaning the reliability of the product is tested well and any bugs are ironed out pretty quick.

Each machine has to be setup with ShadowProtect individually which takes a lot of time. The uninstall of the product fails in most cases and requires a painful procedure to rip out the rest.

ImageManager is a really great tool that comes with the solution which manages and verifies your images. System backup and recovery options are plenty and all work, and this is really important.

It's pretty amazing to be able to right-click the file that the backup creates, select "virtualboot", and have a working server up and going in 10 minutes or so. Pretty much a Disaster Recovery dream.
