Pros

They have a good amount of connectors, and pretty easy to configure.
The EDI is handled completely by eBridge and appears in Dynamics fully formed as the appropriate documents and transactions. The team working on implementing were helpful and easy to get along with.

Pros

The ease and simplicity on this software is great even for someone who may not work well with computers. The software works seamlessly.
My overall experience with True Commerce has been excellent. Over the years I've had to call the to set up new trading partners and for software issues and the customer service has been excellent.
Great experience overall. From implementation, to adding new trading partners, to integrating with new software just this year, we are overall very happy with the capabilities of this program.

Cons

Our project manager was bizarre and talked over us on the first call, an immediately dislikable character. Overall, horrible company and would not use again.
On the second implementation it took Over a year and they never ended up finishing. We had to test it for them… they never figured out what was wrong with it, we just terminated them.
Support got even worse after the Jitterbit acquisition.

Cons

Hard to set up new Trading Partners (partner setup). When there are errors it is difficult to correct without contacting support.
The only problem we have with this software is that we have Sage 50 and some of the discounts that are line items do not come thru to the order when you export the PO into Sage.
They are unable to integrate with Microsoft Navision/Business Central and have average to low understanding of Enterprise ERP.

A robust, if inflexible EDI solution for Microsoft Dynamics

EDI is a pain to work in generally, and eBridge took on all the heavy lifting. If the product interface was more flexible and able to mesh with a highly configurable app like Dynamics, I would definitely recommend this product. Maybe in the near future.

Pros

The EDI integration is outside of Dynamics and communicates with native web services from the ERP. The EDI is handled completely by eBridge and appears in Dynamics fully formed as the appropriate documents and transactions. The team working on implementing were helpful and easy to get along with.

Cons

While a very complete EDI solution, it is completely inflexible and requires only out of the box (of a specific previous version - not the newest) Dynamics web service interface which can be problematic for even a minimally customized app. Hopefully this will be resolved in later releases.

DiCentral Web Forms, Integration and Support

Very positive experience so far. NOCO has been partnered with DiCentral for a little over a year and we have been able to add more than 10 trading partners to the system, 4 of which will be integrated with our ERP.

Pros

Easy to use, integrates with SAP ByDesign, connections to many trading partners already exist so there is less time getting set up with new customers for our company.

Cons

Takes a little time to get used to the navigation screens.

A not bad software can fit into most of your business's EDI needs

Their customer support is dedicated and passionate to solve your problems.

Pros

They basically can fit into almost all of the big ERP system like QB, NS...etc. They can fit into most of the trading partners. We have more than 20 EDI connections with them. They just get rid of their Silverlight based webpage and deploy new like of the portal which is better.

Cons

The software is unstable. You might need to call their customer support once or twice a week to get the problem fixed. The webpage loading time is slow...

Great Product Great Price with Fantastic Support

I love using TC. I have been using TC for many years with multiple companies, with many different sizes. My current company uses TC for 80 partners for different channels. Their support and functionality sets the bar.

Pros

I love the visibility and ability to monitor your system, to monitor orders, and even make changes as needed. Their support though makes life easy as an IT Professional to ensure that orders are flowing. EDI is the lifeblood of any new business, and as result without a functioning EDI, issues will arise. TC is not set it and forget it, but it is set is and watch it. I equate TC to smoking meat. You put it in, watch it carefully, and enjoy the ride.

Cons

The only issue I have with TC is the lack of ability to automate connections and information into ERP for item information. Meaning that when a change happens in NetSuite, you have to update every trading partner. But with the future, they are looking to amend this.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced

automation of order processing. I purchased their Transaction manager as well as their Pack and Ship software.

Pros

I love the software when it works. However setting up the system and fixing any issues is near to impossible. Their support department is split into multiple departments, so if you call in no one can actually help you because "thats not their department". As a user I know more information about their system then most of their customer service reps that answer the phone (which is not much). Sales reps over sell their quality of customer service and give false information about how easy integration is. I dont mind running into issues, thats expected with software. But the lack of help you get when something does go wrong is brutal. They have one or 2 people on the team that actually know how to help and if you get in touch with them KEEP THIER DIRECT CONTACT INFO!

Cons

customer service and integration specialists. It took over a year to integrate their "pre built connections", like amazon seller central, walmart marketpalce, and shopify. Once I signed the contract to start implementation in May 2020, it took 4 months for a rep to actually reach out and begin the project. I told them i had a deadline of November 2020 to be fully integrated...that did not happen. Fast forward to Nov. 2021 I finally have my trading partners set up but not all of them are complete. Integration team has stopped following up with me.
