Pros

The project just successfully went live and I look like the hero for using an in-house tool to get the job done. And our EDI guys love it too for actual EDI transmissions.
The software itself is good, however, we wish the customer service and support were sufficient to better support its customers.
EDI/HQ is a very good EDI solution with reliable performance and timely customer service and support.

Pros

Cons

No support hours are included in the annual fee. The determination of whether or not some of the technical hours we have been charged is a debatable point, and can be frustrating.
Initial learning curve was steeper than experienced with other EDI applications. Dashboard layout and design can intimidate and confuse new users.
We can filter down the documents to find errors quickly. The ability to have the system send emails when there are errors is a plus for the way we use the software.
