GermainAPM is using a transparent, simple pricing model. Their main dashboard is configurable: the admin user is able to create and maintain a list of customizable dashboard items tailored to the company's needs (no multi-level menu system, no cluttered input forms). Additionally each dashboard item can be shared with the desired persons, empowering them to access real-time data related to instrumentation or business processes.

As areas for improvement I suggest adding more wizards, and publishing a series of short "how-to" videos in order to support the newbies.

Very simple process to create an account – Account creation process is very much user friendly. No cumbersome information is being asked while crating the account Good UI – UI is one the most prominent features of any product and Germain APM has one of the best user friendly UIs Dashboard’s Incident tracker feature is amazing. We can track top and trending incidents very easily.

Few more industries can be added – There is a scope of adding few more industries and their services/products

Another good thing is APM offers pre-configured plugins for salesforce.

1- I don't need to be a programmer to develop a website with built-in purchases. 2- There are promotions in which you get a domain and pre-designed templates. 3- The Pricing is low.

1- Only the Blog is free 2- For adding more functions, I might pay through plugins. 3- The templates are limited, can not be customized.

Easy to use product with Monitoring, Analytics & Automation at one single place is very helpful in the tool. User experience monitoring is one great feature. End to end root cause analysis with all insights provided on the Dashboard saves time spend to study & combine all the data.

There should be a product walkthrough after the user sign up that will help the users to understand the product faster. UI needs an improvement as it is quite basic.

A realistic replay of user actions, looks like a video capture. A lot of info of the client, including browser and OS version, errors in console, and many others

The dashboard is a little bit slow. Sessions appear in the dashboard after some time, 5-10 minutes

Germanian APM is User friendly which makes suitable for user to start. It support many plugin which helps business to add new plugin. It covers variety of industry including IT, healthcare, financial services and many more. Provided Well documentation about uses which helps to understand different functionality.

It lacks uniqueness in features, it could have improved in user experience make it out of box.

Germain APM is one of the best end to end monitoring tool that I have been using so far and they have cloud and on-premise solutions, it monitors the performance 27X7 with real-time big data, Very easy to setup and has a wide configurations available.

One improvement is would suggest is regarding the User Experience, The UI could be more user friendly

Germain APM have many features. User session tracking feature one of them. It's very advance tracking system that track user's every event in in his application. I like the feature.

It is a very useful product. I used their user session tracking system and it works great. It can help people to get analytics of the user session events in the application.

The software is awesome in design with best features included in it. It provides better tool experience and navigation performance. The features vary from user to management perspective and software requirement to software maintenance. The best thing in this software is that it supports multiple platforms from Software Development (.Net, Java and more) to Database Management (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and more). It also provides Business' dilemma from hiring to quality assurance. Highly recommended APM so far.

The software is a bit complex that is the reason that one will require time to get attached to it.

It was very easy to track the visitors on your site, their activities on site, geographical location, IP address and we can also monitor it in real time.

It was slow in the free trial period and status was timed out.

I liked the ability to view activities in real time, as well as the video mode of user actions on the site. I also liked the ability to integrate the service directly into Microsoft IIS

The time bar is not fully visible when viewing a user's session. Also it is not clear which Angular is supported.

Germain has many features that can monitor applications and it supports multiple platforms for automation (Java, .Net and many more). This gives it a wide range of available actions for which it can be used. It has possibility to create custom portlets which can be very useful.

UI can be more attractive, it is to plain and outdated.

I really liked germainAPM - it is a universal platform, it is easy to use and visually shows custom options. For little money, we can conduct analysis and End-to-end User Issue diagnosis applications.

It is a pity that there is no plug-in for angular 9 yet.

Germaina APM is a great monitoring tool that provides monitoring and data analytics to a wide range of technologies from the point that user hits the system until leaving it. This will lower admin effort used to diagnose performance or system issues. Very Impressed!

Nothing really the software has all functionalities I needed

Such tools will ease business issues by helping ppl to control/rectify quickly compared to manual approach.

Very responsive design with a great user interface. Software with complete features for the user. Attractive "help" menu to keep the user comfortable with the services.

Still any minor bug that some text overlaps and overstep with the borderline

I found it very User friendly with loading time is fast. All sections are well organised. It is hassle free navigating through it.It works well in almost all the browsers and easy to manage the dashboard as per your business needs.Only a few clicks needed to get a information.

Here are some improvements i would suggest : a) All icons should have tool-tip. b) Footer (copyright) info should have little top padding. c) At some places , drop-down option value was showing cut off. b) It would be good to add information also in the tittle of the page.

1) Portal is some time show no preview of report but genuinely it is great product that you build. 2) JS EMBED instruction are very simple to integrate in any web application
