I totally love GoDaddy products including the Website Builder. It is a great way to save time and move forward toward your personal and business website creation goals!
Quick and easy to use, click and drag options, can see the changes before publishing - GoDaddy offers excellent support to their customers.
The software could use more options as far as the free photos that come for your use on the site. There are not really any video tutorials offered in how to use the program which would be a plus. This would be helpful for those with very little understanding in basic set up of websites.

In general, the software meets or exceeds our needs and bundles well with other GoDaddy products for a good user experience overall.
The user interface is adapted for beginners and contains robust WYSIWYG editing and previews. Publishing is simple and editing is a snap.
Some more advanced features require additional cost, and widgets can be finicky.

Quick and easy website creation for not a lot of money. My new site paid for itself with new customers in the first 2 months since publishing.
I had my new website up and running in about 2 hours. I spent a few more hours tweaking it with their SEO tools and now it shows up on the first page of Google searches for similar business in my area. The finished product is very professional for the amount of time and money invested.
There are limits to how custom you can make the site with the program I purchased, but the trade-off for ease of use, functionality, low price and professional look is worth it.

Overall a good solution for organizations who want a simple site with quick and easy editing abilities. The templates are fairly basic in nature, but serve the purpose for most things. Some controls aren't that flexible or quick to use, such as text blocks that alternate between H1 and P tags that need different styling. Copying and pasting things in can take a couple extra steps, but will work fine once you find a good system.
Very easy to login and quickly get to the relevant pages that need updating. The preview mode makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. Publishing is simple and only takes one click. Most advanced features (which don't require access very often) are buried so they are out of sight, but not hard to find once needed.
Integration with SSL was not built-in like certain verbiage seemed to imply. Had to purchase a separate SSL cert and could not work with 3rd party vendors (which would have been a lot cheaper). Probably the biggest complaint is being "locked in" to the GoDaddy ecosystem for certain types of add-ons such as this.

The use of Godaddy Website Builder helped promote my business by giving regular updates to the website visitors. This developed the awareness for the brand.
I mostly like Godaddy Website Builder because it is easy to use and it is worth the money it costs. The platform is straight-forward. I click the "Manage" button in my working area, it leads me to "Edit the Site " link. Clicking this link, I am where I can choose the template and write the website content.
Unfortunately, the basic package loads slower than I would expect. Even to update text, publishing process can take the scaring one minute and I sometimes fear to lose the content. One way is to write the content in a file and copy it to paste in the platform. Another problem is that templates are old-fashioned and less creative. I was looking for a template that could express my business, but I could find it.

The website builder is easy to use, even for clients who do not like using computers. It is simple to get started and to upkeep a site.
I utilize this software on behalf of my clients, to run their websites and storefronts online. We have used it as hosting, building, and development, depending on the stage of the client's business. The system runs beautifully, and their support personnel are always available to help. We have also used it integrated with Wordpress, which is our favorite feature, as my client's often need a Wordpress integrated site for their blogs on their sites. The price is affordable and they often offer special offers. As far as building features, it allows easy editing and smooth publishing ability.
Occasionally, the site requires more than one login attempt, and it freezes up. These don't occur often, and are usually fixable.

I built my website with GoDaddy to sell my art and build up my brand and internet presence. I have just gotten started so I don't have stats to report. But it has worked perfectly for my purposes. As soon as I published the site it has started to generate interest and I have received a lot of praise for how professional it looks. Its very encouraging that it puts the power of building a great website into the hands of the general person who may not have a lot of tech skills. You can also pay to have the site built for you if you prefer. GoDaddy definitely exceeded my expectations.
What makes this software great is that even if you are not a tech genius you can still build a great website that looks professional while maintaining creative control and allowing your personal style to shine. It makes building a website fun and easy. It's easy to add and remove sections from your site and it has easy to use templates and stock images. Adding your own images is easy with the drag-and-drop feature. the auto-save feature is great so you don't lose your work. Publishing the site takes only minutes and there is a lot of great advice about marketing. It has a blog included in the plan that I got with a free trail.
I felt like some of the features could have been explained a little bit better in an easier to find location. Navigating the site was not as intuitive as it could be for a general lay person. I would like to see an index of help features on every page that was more in-depth.

For static websites, an excellent software using which anyone without a programming knowledge can launch websites/online stores. This software is good for increasing web literacy. As a web developer, what I frequently do is to give a taste what a client's website will look like and once the client approves, I go for the Starter Plan by GoDaddy. By using Starter Plan, however, only one database or...
For those looking for Wordpress-like features or flexibility to try Joomla and other applications, GoDaddy Website Builder does not fit. At the end of the day, it is meant for those who have no programming knowledge! At the same time, if one has shown no inclination to try freely available software like Wordpress, it is doubtful they will go ahead and launch their website/online store using GoDaddy...

Great. My only obstacle is my own speed of learning as this is not my main role.
1) once I discovered the full feature set: the combination of Website builder, News (blog) engine, Email campaign builder. 2) built in CRM and form data capturing 3) resources: icon sets, tilda font, unsplash images 4) larger social sharing option set than most competitors 5) the separation of content from styling - and the fine tuning that can be done with the latter. 6) Font management
No complaints about the platforms. Perhaps more attention and/or some additional features available for the blogging engine.

This is by far the best web builder out there for the average Joe. Wix is great but to me always seemed a little tacky looking and slow. Wix also has terrible functioning mobile version. Tilda is the fastest, most professional and quickest web builder out there. Like others have said, it is a few features away from being the industry leader (Already is in my book). You can do more customization than...
-Zero Block editing like wix but is responsive. -FAST SITE -Multiple Menu Options -Clean Layout -Tons of features
-Still needs document hosting so I not have to use dropbox or drive. -Customer service doesn't respond until midnight or later because they are based in Russia. -No great option for a video gallery

Great alternative to wordpress or other website builderrs if you're looking to set up a simple site quickly.
Tilda is great for setting up quick, simple, and easy website. I was able to get up a site quickly for my client within a day!
It's no wordpress so there's only so much you can do to customize Tilda website, just like one of the many website builders out there. Sometimes finding specific settings are not always easily found or intuitive.
Dear Sheila, thank you so much for your feedback! We are constantly working to simplify the interface and make it completely intuitive. Please let us know if you have faced any specific difficulties we will try to improve them. Best, Elizabeth Tilda Team

Great site builder but.... Pages are in fact mini sites. So if you have many 'pages' it's going to take a whole lot of time updating the menu, because the menu tab has to be amended on each page rather than just once in a central portal. Document upload as the previous reviewer has said is a no no. In a modern world of PDF and WORD documents, a site builder that does not alllow these to be uploaded...
Fully responsive and google friendly.
No facility to upload PDF and WORD documents, no member's area, menu tab should allow its updating only once and not on every single page and price plans needed to offer discounts for more pro annual accounts
To have easy auto updated menu point Header and Footer in site settings for all pages. Also, you could use alias blocks. Recently we rolled out feature to accept any file with a form submission, so now it is possible to store user files in your Dropbox or Uploadcare accounts. We understand the desire to use Tilda's uploader for any files. Unfortunately, we're not yet ready to offer file-sharing...

Tilda is one of the easiest and most efficient platforms to use to build your website.
I would like to see more flexibility across the building blocks; sometimes, it's annoying that one block has certain options and other blocks lack them. Hard to see the logic?

We were stuck with a custom Wordpress theme and could barely make any changes to our website. Everything new module I wanted to add required a designer to design it and a developer to build. It was a pain to work. With Tilda I'm owning the website, I'm not dependent on the other people and I have a huge variety of ready-made templates at my disposal. I'm not a designer yet everything comes out beautiful and fast. I can focus on other marketing tasks and know that I can make any changes on our website at any given moment. This gives our small team a huge competitive advantage.
It's a simple and beautiful DIY platform with rich functionality. I was able to rebuild my company website one a couple of days and it was a pleasure to work.
There are minor limitations but the support is very quick and responsive

I managed to create by myself an amazing looking landing page for my start-up.
Easy of use for users without technical knowledge nor experience building website. Great offer in terms of blocks and amazing design. Simple placement of pictures.
Integration with Mailchimp could be better. GDPR compliance should be more visible in the available forms.

Tilda helps me to launch websites in MVP style - fast, good-enough quality, few hours to get a working website from the ground up. It's perfect tool for new startups - don't waste much time on taming the CMS, instead you quickly put together the message you want to send out, and test your hypothesis right away. And the time to go live is crucial for new businesses. If you are mature company, you may benefit from Tilda by using it for your landing pages. Marketing team would appreciate the ease of launching a new landing page, which is already SEO optimized, in just few hours :)
- Lots of templates for all sorts of businesses - Flexible editor - Great SEO tools, that make your website indexed well - Reasonable pricing - Lots of personalization and customization features
- Customizing some things (like animation, complex CSS stuff) is not possible as compared to traditional CMSes. But how often one would need those?

You can't really mess up the design because Tilda won't let you, which means whatever you make will look decent. It has the most intuitive interface among all of the constructors I used. The free trial allows you to try all of the features, create and publish a website with everything you need and then keep it after a trial ends. You can export website and upload them manually to your server. You can create any type of pages with it and again, they will look good.
Not the best in terms of SEO. So that needs some manual tweaking, like everywhere else. Still managed to rank all of the websites I created on Tilda.
Igor, thank you for spending the time to give a review and two years of using Tilda. If you have any suggestion about SEO abilities improvement (we are out of ideas because all SEO possibilities are available), please share it with us.

Quick and easily configurable. Enough modules for a start.
Worst support ever, trnsferred my websites to other account with no confirmation. Support responds once every 2 days. Would never recommend their service even for free as you can end up with thousants of dollars for SEO and then someone else gets your website for free with the SEO.
Hello, Victor We apologize for responding only now. We did not pay attention to this site for feedback. Could you specify the login (mail) of the account with which you had problems? Tilda enabled me to offer much higher quality websites for smaller projects and to prototype ideas much faster. It's especially good for early-stage projects, events, presentations and content research.
Tilda has probably the most intuitive interface and smallest learning curve of any software I've used. The quality of the templates is great from the start but they are also super customizable. And if you're a webdesigner you can do pretty much anything with it. I will probably never do another website from scratch for early designs or small initiatives.
There are still a few small glitches to clean up and maybe need some work on the settings end.

I really in love with Tilda. It's so easy-to-use and at the same time very robust tool.
I like how easy it is to make any website. You shouldn't be a designer to create beautiful and visually correct landing. Everything is done for you. But if you wish to make something different just use Zero blocks. What is more, there are a lot of ready-made integrations with CRM, chats and so on — just several clicks and everything works right. I really enjoy that service keep updated and add new features.
Support sometimes not so fact but always helpful. And some blocks not so flexible as I wish.

I was able to bring the vision for my website to life in just a few days. I've already received compliments, and the gorgeous design ensures that my business is taken seriously. Customer support was very helpful whenever I had a question (though often the answers were in their documentation). Tilda makes it SO easy to customize without messing with CSS and offers the best user interface of its product category. I'll never go back to Wordpress. Keep up the great work!
No code required Highly customizable Modular Stunning designs Helpful features like forms Great variety of templates and blocks Very good customer support. Replies within 24 hrs. Excellent documentation Includes a large icon library
No domain name included (but easy to connect once you know how) No email included Does not yet integrate with Medium Limit to 500 pages per site (only an issue for bloggers)

I'm using tilda to run highsub.com and for the store i use Shopify via a custom integration i made (nothing too complicated). Tilda does provide out of the box e-commerce solution but i found shopify to be more robust for my needs. Currently Tilda is a perfect tool to handle all of my marketing pages (brand website + landing pages). I often start with a provided block from Tilda and then customize it for my needs. If nothing seems to fit, i create a custom Zero block - it takes a bit longer (no code required) but i always know that i can do pretty much anything i want.
After reviewing all of the similar tools on the market I decided to go all in with Tilda. It is the ultimate balance between choosing from templates and being able to fully customize and create from scratch. Competitors such as Squarespace make you really depend only on their templates and as soon as you want to customize you are in big trouble as you realize they are a headache to change (unless you...
I wish there was a better Shopify integration as well as ability to create a member area. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find a template block you want to find, so hopefully there will be an update to that.
Thank you Arseni for the detailed feedback

We started using Tilda for internal presentations in our app development agency Live Typing. Once we explored the features, we realized that it's the best tool for case studies. Designers can create beautiful pages without limitations, and our developers spend their time on customer projects.
I would need a lot of time to list all Pros. I tried different editors, like Readymag and Webflow. Unfortunately, all of them require too much time, so it becomes easier to custom code things or ask a developer. Tilda is just a perfect balance, the library of predesigned blocks is huge, I think it almost 500 blocks there. Any block is flexible and configurable. It's so easy to update content for a...
Tilda adds features very fast, so I'm afraid to put something in the cons, but for example, now it's not possible to run animation in Zero blocks as a reaction on other object interaction. But there is no tool on the market where you can do it without custom code. If Tilda makes that feature, it will be an ultimate web page constructor not only for everybody but design professionals. Another thing is responsiveness corridor for big screens, right now Tilda allows you to control this ranges of responsiveness: 0 - 320 320 - 480 480 - 640 640 - 980 980 - 1200 1200 - up And I want to have 1200 - 1600 and 1600 - up Although some people think it would be too much :)
