Very positive. We have used Goodaccess for 3+ years they were the only tool that I could find that was reasonably proceed and easy to implement a fixed IP address VPN system. 

Quality unique product, great service.

The Customer service is not 24/7 I guess. I need to wait 12 hours for a representative to respond when I had a little problem.
