Useful Overall

Having gmail combined with the CRM makes it easy for those in rush to keep coherence between conversation and what goes on in SugarCRM.

Pros

The possibility to merge with Gmail and smoothly create CRM opportunities, leads and other affine concepts, from my inbox. Truly amazing and valuable for those in a rush.

Cons

This means that a regular user might run into trouble and hard times while trying to install the software.

We did notice how someone can struggle with the installation so we are releasing a newer version of RT GSync that will have a much easier method of installation.

Great when it works.

Pros

It allows our users to create meetings then maintain them through their gCal rather than the clunky SugarCRM meetings module.

Cons

The error log shows that the RT Gsync job is working properly, but some meetings never get synced. Our users have lost trust in the system due to the reliability issues.
