What users mention about Atera See all reviews Ve used all of the major RMM tools and this is the best value for what I do. The support has been very good and they reach out to offer help regularly. Used Atera for a free trial, as I liked the idea of not having to pay per endpoint. The software a was nice and clean, but very minimal in terms of advanced features and integrations. Hopefully the ticketing and reports will improve and we can start using them. For us, the parts we use are worth the price, but hopefully we can implement the other features.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

The quality of sound and ease of use was also a good experience. Great integration with existing system, and helped us streamline the forwarding/holding/transferring process. VM to inbox was amazing.

To be honest value is the number one reason I love this software. Compared to other solutions the cost is lower, but the product is high quality and is used on a daily basis. Very easy to use, setup was super easy, and the options available once logged in are amazing.

It is overall great, beneficial and a good investment for a company, and we wish to see more improvements in the future. We love hubstaff and use it to manage staff and payroll. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.

When I expressed disappointment in the service and requested to speak to a manger or be given another team member to avoid time wasting my request was denied. All in all a complete waste of time. Save my money with online booking system, nice and easy to using , extra 20 appointment after review , will tell my friend this system to save their money too.

When completing tasks, you get an avatar popping up telling you great job which is fund. Powerful reporting - easy to see where projects are over/under spending. Fantastic UX with many control points throughout the software. Filters on project pages to see only your tasks, or only certain tasks filtered by tags is neat. Nice integrations and full REST API is a nice addition.

I do love this platform for ease of use. I espeically love that I can setup a meeting quickly to provide tech support or host an impromptu meeting. I have had colleagues that were unable to attend class due to illness and this made it possible for them to call into class, listen to the lecture/discussion, and chime in.

Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.

Desktop Central is excellent at what it does and the support team, normally accessed through chat, has been very good. I like the fact that this product supports up to 25 systems for zero cost. It also has quite a few really good features providing automated updates, inventory, reports and more.

The benefits for our company with this product has been with better time management. We are able to be much more efficient with the remote desktop feature when troubleshooting employee's computers. Continuum is working on these, but every now and then an old bug from a previous piece of their software causes a problem.
