Overall the experience has been excellent.  We've an assigned Success Manager who helped us go through the deployment and configuration stage.  Explaining what each individual check box and option did so we could decide if it was something we needed/wanted.  We realised pretty quickly too then that there was options we could enable later on if we needed without too much hassle.

On the support side they appear to have a excellent team who are very quick to come back with the right answer.

Durch das Ticket System haben wir endlich den Freiraum uns auf die wesentlichen Dinge zu konzentrieren und können Anfragen strukturiert lösen.

Wir haben ACMP (und damals ACK) im Jahr 2014 für den Umstieg von 200 Clients von Windows NT auf Windows 7 gekauft. Mittlerweile haben wir 1400 Clients und haben ACMP um weitere Module wie Lizenzmanagement, Asset-Management und Schwachstellenmanagement erweitert. Wir rollen alle Clients damit aus und betanken sie mit der nötigen Software für die Fachabteilungen. Die Updates erledigen wir meist automatisch u.a. über Container. Den Einkauf von Hardware wickeln wir mit Hilfe des Asset-Managements ab, ebenso die Rückgabe und Weiterverwendung. Das Lizenz-Management haben wir damals wegen einer Microsoft-Lizenzprüfung erworben, die wir damit erfolgreich bestanden haben. Wir verwalten die Laufzeiten von Verträgen und Lizenzen, damit wir Lizenzverlängerungen oder das Ende von Hardwaresupport nicht übersehen.

Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit der ACMP Suite ist sehr positiv. Die Software bietet alle notwendigen Werkzeuge, um IT-Assets effektiv zu verwalten und zu überwachen. Nach einer etwas steilen Lernkurve bei der Implementierung läuft das System stabil und unterstützt unser IT-Team bei der täglichen Arbeit. Der Support ist ebenfalls hilfreich und schnell erreichbar, was die Nutzung zusätzlich erleichtert. Insgesamt ist die ACMP Suite eine empfehlenswerte Lösung für Unternehmen, die ihre IT-Infrastruktur optimieren möchten.

Ich benutze im Unternehmen ACMP mittlerweile seit 4 Jahren. Die Möglichkeiten die ACMP bietet sind riesig, aber gut einzugrenzen. Überwiegend wird die Suite für das Ticketmanagement, als auch Clientverwaltung und Windows Patch Management genutzt. Das Ausrollen neuer Programme, Verknüpfungen etc. ist dank ACMP immer nur einige Klicks und "Code-Zeilen" entfernt. Auch Neueinsteiger finden sich relativ schnell ein, da die Navigation des Programms auch sehr übersichtlich ist. Durch die Knowledge-Base kann man schnell bekannte Fehler & Wissen mit den Kollegen teilen & für die Zukunft verewigen. Da mit den Updates immer wieder neue Funktionen dazu kommen, gibt es auch immer mehr Möglichkeiten sein Management zu optimieren. Grundsätzlich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt!
