Huntress EDR - Easy setup to get started

It is very well tuned to the MSP model. The Huntress team has built their product to play very nicely with a multi tenant IT management model. Everything can be partitioned granularly, and the integrations/rollout of the product are extremely easy.

Great MDR product for MSPs

Has shown its value with protecting customers in real-world events. We use it to help with remediation on customers that were not previously using it, makes cleanup and visibility easy.

Huntress keeps an eye on all of our computers and immediately notifies if an unusual process is set to run automatically. It has found numerous huge potential security problems, and countless little problems (things like adware and junk browsers).

Amazing Product, Amazing Support, Amazing Price!

Lucas B.:                                              My name's Lucas. I'm a director of a small MSP, roughly four staff and about 500 endpoints, and I give Huntress five out of five.
                                                       Prior to Huntress, we went through a number of different ones. So we've used Sophos with their MDR product. We've used SentinelOne. And we looked at a number of other products as well before settling on Huntress.
                                                       On Huntress, there were a number. The main one was its stance within the community. So it's a very well-regarded product within the community, and I think that always bodes well, again, for a product. Number two was the detection rates, the ease of use with the product. And number three, which I think is really, really important, is the support. The Huntress support team are probably the best in the business that we've ever dealt with for any IT-specific product.
                                                       This was ridiculously easy. They integrate with a lot of PSAs and RMMs, so the onboarding was essentially, take their script, pop it into the RMM and deploy it. And making sure our settings and things like that were right inside of the dashboard was a simple onboarding process with our account manager.
                                                       Recommendation to anyone who's looking at Huntress is, do it. It's as simple as that. Great product. Always adding new features, always innovating, always looking at ways to find threats and mitigate those threats. So yeah, if you're looking at the product, stop looking. Just get it.
