Mainly, WS suffers common issues in IBM software. Can be REALLY hard to install, specially in non-default scenarios.

When I'm in debug mode, sometimes the execution groups do not respond and I have to reboot them manually. I have problems with using the SVN plugin.

Support is absolutely useless. Can't upload screenshots to support, links to articles all error out.

The data doesn't always match up correctly and correcting errors has proven to be quite difficult in the past, especially with the old OneSaas platform.
