Pros

It's inexpensive, easy to use, secure and accessible from anywhere. Just perfect when you have several Apple devices.
I really love the simplisity and the integrations that icloud provides. If you have an iphone, mac or any other apple product or several - icloud is a best cloud solution for you.
This is a great example of how iOS users are so loyal to their Apple devices. ICloud works great and ensures your entire house is synced up and really makes life a lot easier.

Pros

It is a great solution to share and manage files for my costumers. In addition the customisation possibilities it's awesome to create a branded experience to clients.
It has all features as super expensive options out there. I would have loved to stay with them but my project was FotosDCuba and because of the US Embargo, Cuban photographers cannot access the site.
I appreciate the ease of use, both in setting up the platform for my company and the interface/search capabilities for our users. Now our staff can locate image files on their own.

Cons

I hate that I can't edit documents in the cloud, the UI is confusing, especially when trying to share your data with the family members on your plan.
You will experience non-stop synching issues once you get a large iCloud drive or photos library, and since it is designed to "just work" there are no controls or settings to stop it.
It get's pricey on the higher spectrum of storage requirements and given all the competitors it is hard to justify paying that much.

Cons

If you forget to click it before dragging files over, you will lose your place, and have to go back in your browser. You cannot preview / scroll through multiple search results.
The team previously had an increasingly complex array of folders that made finding images frustratingly difficult.
The access control for folders and files is not quite granular enough, automatic emails are very limited when it comes to formatting etc, managing users can become complex.
