Pros

The tool is easy to use and the Iridize team is wonderful to work with. Very supportive and responsive.
From the simplicity of their solution to the outstanding hands-on support and training, Iridize is a true Blessing for any Sass company.
Iridize is fun to use, and I am challenged to maximize my use of the Iridize options. Iridize Support is the best.

Pros

This program has been the best integration into promoting efficiency and growth in our company. Thank you, ServiceBridge.
Well, the software itself is great, the people behind the software are not very helpful, they will be quick to jump at the chance to take your money but if you need something for them.
The customer support is good and the functionality of the software is excellent. There was a slight learning curve involved but they helped us out with that.

Cons

We had a couple hiccups with our Salesforce implementation, which was not to the fault of Iridize. We had an unstable platform that was constantly being changed around.
We have been using Iridize guides on SharePoint trial system for over two years. The main challenge for us was to expose relevant features that our company provides in SharePoint.
When you have a javascript reader trying to locate an element you selected, and it changes overnight, Iridize no longer picks up that element and you need to fix it.

Cons

The system is a drag on the business and very inefficient. If you ever try to leave it is nearly impossible to get all the data that you need out of the system.
Constantly have issues and no customer service number to call. I must contact customer service multiple times and I get vague answers and problems are not fixed after weeks of emails.
The stand alone application of ServiceBridge is functional but does not have the product and service editing. It also distorts cells when we try to edit a price or product description on our iPads.
