Pros

Overall, Knack is a fine product, and it was easy to implement and use. However, I do think there are better products out there, and I didn't find it to be worth the price tag given our needs.
One more point can easily be gained by paying attention to the community, which are the fans of their business. The other point can be gained by adding better standard features and design features.
There are a lot of useful options such as searching, various forms and tables. I find it easy to customize although having little background in programming helps but not required.

Pros

I am moving from another reseller platform and I already am impressed with AI. Customer support is amazing.
Good customer service from AppInstitute. The App Builder platform was easy to use with a great range of different features.
I think App Institute should be proud of this product and the team and service they have to provide and support clients like myself.

Cons

The lack of support and the turn around time for support is difficult. For companies that use as an integral part of their business it is risky for an ordering system, etc.
Fairly expensive considering how unpolished the software is and how woefully awful their customer support is.
Main troubling issue is with how pages and views get created with every menu and link you add. Causing a quickly overwhelming page structure and sitemap.

Cons

This can cause major headaches and anger after you realize you have the app under the wrong email address, purchased a plan etc.
They made huge mistakes launching apps in the App Store, over charged, and then when I cancelled my account they suddenly charged my cc.
It was overall terrible using AppInstitute. This company purchased a company that I previously used to build an app for our company.
