This is a power software that has expontial potential. As an operations manager it has been wonderful to build great applications for my team without the middle man or crazy cost. Somethings I try and other don't but it is always building on itself. I am looking forward to seeing the development from the software.

What do you like best?

DIY... It has a learning curve but if you get excel you can figure this out! Which makes it easy for me to play with all my ideas.

What do you dislike?

It is still growing and does have some limitations but support has been great and they seem to listen to the needs of the customers.

Why did you end up selecting Knack over other applications?

It was easy to start and try.

If so, why did you switch?

Microsoft excel was a headache. It is just a spreadsheet not a database tool.

What is your main use case with Knack?

We use to manage our warehouse / Inventory and call log

Give one example how Knack has improved the way your organization functions

Just the call logs were great. Gone those stupid books. this keeps a log, sends and email and with Zapier text messages the person just by filling out one form. No reason to miss a call.

What is your ROI?

Other systems were going to cost thousands.
