Pros

It has made training new techs a breeze due to documentation and ease of use. They are responsive to requests and open to help you help them build the product.
It has been my greatest pleasure to consistently underutilized and not take advantage of the vast configuration and customization options that this software brings to the table.
The LogicMonitor support team is also excellent and easy to reach. This is a great group of folks.

Pros

What I like most in GermainAPM are the complete data sources for both hardware and software. The ability to analyze user experience and business processes is amazing.
It will help IT infrastructure both front and back to run smoothly and to prevent breakdown. Using this software is a huge advantage, it will save employee time and company profit.
I liked the ability to view activities in real time, as well as the video mode of user actions on the site. I also liked the ability to integrate the service directly into Microsoft IIS.

Cons

I guess they are a victim of their own success, my one and only criticism is that now the turnaround on datasources is measured in months not hours. Otherwise, they are hitting on all cylinders.
It also made sense to get something that was cloud based so that if we have our own infrastructure problems it won't necessarily knock out the monitoring that's alerting us on those issues.
The program cut down the amount of time engineers spent checking resource management of vcenter.

Cons

It is a pity that there is no plug-in for angular 9 yet.
The learning curve is a bit steep, probably expected from a fully featured monitoring platform. I struggled to get started and it took a lot of time to find my way in the documentation.
Specifically, for environment and type there is a placeholder text saying 'select or create' but there are no selection options available and it is not clear how to create.
