Pros

There are a lot of options for delivering the connection info. There is good reporting, and the ability to capture screens, as long as we are working from the office, and strong APIs.
This program is very easy for our staff to use, and very easy for the customer to initiate a support session. The ability to transfer client sessions between Tech Support reps is great.
Mobile support is amazing as I love being able to remote into my home computer from my phone.

Pros

The best features are the ability to obtain diagnostic information on the host machine with the click of a button and the ability to have other support team members join a session.
I have a good experience with LogMeIn. I think it is one of the best softwares for remote connection.
The chat feature is useful. The fact that I am automatically reconnected on reboot to the other machine is great, as much of the troubleshooting I do will ultimately involve a restart.

Cons

It can be annoying when you are in the middle of a time sensitive issue and need a tech to connect to your computer.
A lot of bugs that makes it difficult to control.
Nothing, I use this software for the last 3 years. I don't think so i have any problem in 3 years.

Cons

The fact that it keeps running in the background is quite insecure, no wonder why a lot of scammers use it.
Getting people with no internet or very low internet experience can be stressful.
On a regular basis I come across weird devices that just won't allow my remote access tools to work, or technophobe clients who just can't seem to install a piece of software.
