Pros

There are a lot of options for delivering the connection info. There is good reporting, and the ability to capture screens, as long as we are working from the office, and strong APIs.
This program is very easy for our staff to use, and very easy for the customer to initiate a support session. The ability to transfer client sessions between Tech Support reps is great.
Mobile support is amazing as I love being able to remote into my home computer from my phone.

Pros

He's amazing, and has made this software do some really incredible stuff for us. It had good functionality out of the box, but we've been adding scripts and automation to it for 5 years at this point.
We love that we are able to do so much with the computers that we manage on this software. Also love that we can find out hardware information through this secure application.
Great customer service, with a large knowledgebase to assist in answering questions. They've been around a while, they're the best in the business.

Cons

It can be annoying when you are in the middle of a time sensitive issue and need a tech to connect to your computer.
A lot of bugs that makes it difficult to control.
Nothing, I use this software for the last 3 years. I don't think so i have any problem in 3 years.

Cons

The product is poorly designed for the user experience. The UI is not intuitive, so finding what you can do makes developing solutions difficult.
Stay away from this product. You will always need technical support, but the support is very very poor.
Reporting is also a disappointment. The included reports are very simple and not geared toward a C level.
