My experience was very pleasant and I re-evaluated this tool having the opportunity to compare it with several other high-level EMMs
The easy of use, cross platform EMM, integration with third party IDPs like Google Workspace and Microsoft EntraID, remote support web application
Some features are kinda shoadowed, and you have to ask the support to activate them (e.g. per-group app managed configurations)

The Endpoint Central helps me manage user permissions and applications on trainer/student devices to set up educational applications in a virtual training environment for hands-on technical activities and technical skills assessment and exams simulation. Also, it is efficient for software version conflict troubleshooting.
Endpoint Central helps the IT department provision and troubleshoot the company’s IT services and manage user permission/devices within a central workspace. Endpoint Central facilitates the management of devices, operation systems, and applications across the organization.
The service requires strong technical experience and data analysis skills to leverage its full benefits. The user interface needs more improvement.

My general experience with Manage Engine has bee great and thrilling. i would absolutely recommend it to others.
I think the most impactful features are the On-premise Active directory connections and the patch management, as well as the OS deployment. I feel these features come in handy in our IT Department.
i currently don't have any cons for this one.

The great overview of computers and devices in the company, 3rd party updates aswell as seeing what windows patches are running on all devices.
I have no bad experience from the software but we just recently started using it so we have alot of features left to test.

All in one management system. Easy to setup and interesting cost
Easy installation on premiss , a little less on Azure. Templates are available if needed. Many option ad cool feature from distribution of software to remote control. Managine MDM , server and workstation is very easy once setup.
No integration with Azure Active directory, still base on Active directory setup for the workstation? Management little tricky with on a cloud based domain. Groupe poicies and update management not easy to remove.
Hello Philippe, Greetings from ManageEngine! We're glad you like the multifariousness of Desktop Central. We hope our product has aced in helping you with endpoint management and security. We are working on the integration with Azure Active Directory and please be informed that Desktop Central instance is available on Azure marketplace. I love the product, simple.
Remote Desktop Access, Inventory Management, Software Deployment. All these are made easy and enjoyable in manage engine.
There too many agents, one for Asset Explorer, another for Inventory et, and a new one is release with every update and deploying them via Active Directory is not very clear. This is confusing at time.

The overall experience has been excellent. The service works exactly as it should and as one needs. I have had the opportunity to try other services, and this one seems to be the best of them.
What I liked most was the variability, the amount of features, the speed of searching and applying patches. Saving a lot of time compared to manually searching for and applying patches. Multi-use across the spectrum of operating systems.
The only problem I had (when I was initially introduced to it) was that I would occasionally search for a menu, but after a couple of days it went automatically.

best MDM and patch management system can monitor the devices from one plat form
manage all desktop laptop from a single platform, user can enroll by themself from the portal
it should synchronize data with Asset explorer , but that option is not available, MDM is not supporting linux

Overall, ME is a comprehensive package at a great price. I find it has everything we need for day to day management of our client devices.
It has several of the tools we use today in one package.
I cannot get the granularity level with software deployments to target the correct clients with the built-in "filters." Admin Arsenal PDQ Inventory has more detailed filters to target the exact clients you want.

We needed an UEM that allowed us to secure our WIndows end points. Workspace One allows us to geolocate, as well as remote wipe our Windows end points. It also supports our other devices as well which includes Mac, IOS, and Android.
Workspace one allows us to manage our endpoints with ease. Having a UEM that can manage all device types (ie Windows, Mac, IOS, Android) under one portal has simplified our support. Workspace One even allows geolocation and remote wiping of WIndows and Mac platforms.
The option for remote control of a windows endpoint is being phased out. We have another solution in place, however for that task.

Because it's native to VMWare, it's not a shot in the dark. You can't be wrong if you have VMWare technology. Integration is native.
Since it's integrated to AirWatch enterprise mobility management, unifies the management of every endpoint, regardless of platform or ownership model. I like the fact that supports ANdroid, iOS, macOS, Windows 10 and Chrome. Basically only Amazon is missing... Pricing is also interesting and there are multiple options. Standard, advanced and Enterprise. Also Perpetual On Premises for those who need only internal functionality. Specially useful if your infrastructure counts with Virtual Desktops.
Nothing bad to say. I like the VMware family of products. Loyal clients and excellent support. Not cheap of course but not the highest.
