Using Patch Management and Asset Management in the cloud is perfect..
Cloud version don't have OS deployment feature. I think it can be actualize via broker server in the infrastructure

Ease of use, multiple options and features.
There's no such thing. Maybe it would be useful if there would be an option to kill specific process before patch is deployed.

It unifies the experience of managing remote desk, license management and ITSM in a very effective manner. There are also features to manage the patch updates.
We have used this software for ITSM and it proved very handy in managing the tedious process of code deployment.
There is lots of best features available for the users in this software.

The most useful features are follows. Mobile support. Patch Management Endpoint security Remote Control Software deployment Service pack installation Power Management
The product could be marketed more better to enhance visibility. I had to search over a internet couple of times to get this software. Beginners find it somewhat overwhelming to use the software but with the documentation provided in the website itself, they pickup themselves.

Working on this platform is comparatively easy and it works for different OS. This platform doesn't really require you to be an expert to do your work.
This product is easily deployable and really user-friendly to use.
One of the few features that I didn't like was broadcast as it didn't really work for me.

Conference in the beginning should be for full day day so we can hear and get knowledge from more organization
More conference time and track1,2,3,4 should have been kept on day 2 ,too much on day1
