Pros

Very good ITSM software for a low price, alot of features that can be fully customizable, and easy to keep track of what everyone is doing due to an amazing dashboard.
It gives the chance to create tickets with greater level of detail and that makes the time to resolution quicker, with less re-opened tickets and increased user satisfaction.
ServiceDesk is a great tool to manage the tickets you are working on, as well as, keeping a track of all the assets within your company. This provides great audit trail for all of the work that we do.

Pros

I really like the homepage for WebTitan which is a nice snap shot of the current web landscape of our company. It shows all of the allowed connections and blocked connections which is nice.
Pricing is competitive with other web filtering technologies we have deployed in the past. Active Directory integration is a great feature and helps you identify user behavior.
WebTitan gives security and control of the content of the network. It's good that my company cares about cybersecurity and implemented this solution.

Cons

A mobile application is sometimes very confusing.
Alot of sections to chose when reporting which can get confusing.
Sometimes it gets stuck if you don't have the proper connection, which means is a little bit heavy.

Cons

The IP configuration part of it, was quite particular, if you get it wrong, you'll have problems.
There was no pressure to purchase the software. The trial started out for a week and one email to rep to see if we could have more time and before we were off the phone it was extended to a month.
Having another server is a bad idea. What os really needed is an agent that can be loaded on a Active Directory server to provide internal logging of internal hosts.
