Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

SalesForce provides all the client management features you need, off the shelf, but allows deep customization. It also has a rock-solid API which allowed us to develop 2-way S/W integration between SalesForce and our own cloud applications.

Pros

SalesForce provides a huge set of common features around client management and reporting, and has rock-solid S/W integration APIs that allow us to share information (live-updated) between SalesForce and our customer S/W systems. SalesForce provides sensible defaults, but allows deep customization for places where your own data or client management process is unique.

Cons

The interface was a bit "cluttered" and "old style", but in recent updates SalesForce has provided a new look, and new navigation functionality that have made it much nicer.

Pros

It is based in the Cloud. They are the #1 ranked CRM in the marketplace. Salesforce supports all major browsers. Businesses can get started very quickly. It is a complete CRM package. It reduces training costs.

Cons

It can be too expensive for small businesses to use. The competition of Salesforce can make many of the sales claims. The pricing structures are not streamlined. Unlimited really isn’t unlimited with Salesforce.

It is easy to use. Security wise best where you can save your data on the cloud and can be accessed from anywhere. On a single platform, you can access record, develop, management(report), Chatter (connect people). The Force.com platform tightly integrates with Microsoft .NET technologies via the Force.com SOAP API, which lets you access and manipulate your data and functionality in the Force.com cloud.

Cons

Limitations in the report. Governor limits and difficult to apply custom CSS on VF and PDF.

I like the Salesforce because of its user-friendly features and it's on demand customer relationship management software which has got: Sales cloud, Service cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Cons

Salesforce has got many products and one of them is Force.com, the backend languages which is used to develop or enhance the applications is Apex, which is is similar to Java. This is one of the major disadvantage of non-tech savy people.

Salesforce is by far the best customer service management tool out there. It has the most features, best Api, and the most users to get feedback and suggestions from.

Cons

If I have to complain about something, I wish their pricing wasn't as steep. Also, their API is really good, however, it takes a lot of authentication to get setup compared to other API's.

We are able to message our audiences in a very segmented, one-to-one way. The Marketing Cloud is also nice for us because we are Sales Cloud users. So we do most of our list management through the Sales Cloud, which is where we're most comfortable.

Pros

I love how flexible the email studio is. I can build emails without a ton of prior coding knowledge, but I can also access the HTML when I need to.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve with this, as with all Salesforce products. However, is actually very easy once you manage to learn it completly.

Positive overall so many features that other products can't beat just yet.

Pros

- iOS app is very intuitive needed few touches to navigate and add tasks - Integration with Apple's contact app so I can easily get in touch with my leads - NOtification is just right not too much that becomes naggy

Cons

- Automation SDK is a bit bad.. I tried to build/extend my own salesforce app but the SDK is bad, couldn't import the API key and use that in my Python script - Need more easy integration with google/aws cloud

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the best platform to implement for Leads, Contacts and Business Development management all in-one.

Cons

The software is very complete in terms of features but some actions such as Leads conversion to Contacts are complex to finalize.

Fantastic software! Just too expensive

It's been fantastic. The setup is a little complex and the cost is high, but if you want to have a functional sales team I'd advise anyone to do it.

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud sets the bar too high for other CRMs out there. Lead management and its integration with Pardot, Marketing cloud, or even Hubspot make it a complete tool for Sales teams.

Cons

The cost is extremely high, there are more affordable CRMs for small startups. The problem is that Sales Cloud is just too good. I'd create a plan for startups so they can try it.

I have used Sales force as an Account executive and sales leader. If deployed properly it can be a great asset and tool for your company.

Pros

Cloud based easy to scale, easy to enter data such as opportunities, and contacts. complete integrated contact and opportunity management

All in all its a good option to go with. We can integrate salesforce with any other software with the help of API. Reporting feature is really cool. All the code is running on cloud so no need to manage servers and domain. Its value for money!

Pros

The reports are very user friendly. with little efforts you may get desired reports. UI is very simple, no special training is required for team to use basic features Its very easy to plug salesforce in any other product with the help of salesforce APIs. I'm a big fan of salesforce APIs as it helped me to share salesforce data in other in-house software.

Cons

Scaling up and down the services based on usage Or customer base.

Cons

Expensive in terms of plugins and pay as you go features to be purchased. Also requires so much memory space.
