Monitis is more than just a website monitoring solution. Although the platform does monitor websites, it also provides advanced server monitoring, network monitoring, application monitoring, and cloud monitoring. Custom monitoring is available, as well, giving users virtually limitless opportunities to monitor their systems and business metrics.

In addition to monitoring your website’s uptime, Monitis also offers full page load, transaction monitoring, and web stress testers. Proactive alerts

Mobile IT management tools put Monitis users in control, regardless of whether they’re currently located inside or outside the office. Users can setup their Monitis accounts to receive push notification alerts whenever issues arise within their websites and apps. In addition to push alerts, users can also opt to receive alerts via email or SMS, and they can have those same alerts sent to their contacts automatically.

Enable push notifications at the same time you set up your Monitis mobile app. You will see alerts for all of your monitor groups by default, however you can filter from this list to receive only those alerts for your chosen monitor group (or groups). With one click, you will then be able to view the cause for the monitor’s failure.

Summary reports

Insightful reports for uptime, transaction, full-page load, and server-device monitors are emailed to Monitis users daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on how users have configured their reports. These reports are useful for viewing and analyzing website or server performance. In addition to performance reports, users also have access to SLA reports, custom reports, and outage reports.

Select your monitors and how frequently you’d like to receive email summary reports, and Monitis will ensure you get detailed records of how your IT systems are performing at those regular intervals. Not only can you have reports sent to your own email account, but you can also select specific contacts to receive copies of these reports for their own records.

End-user monitoring

In addition to uptime monitoring, application monitoring, server/device monitoring, and email server monitoring, Monitis also offers end user monitoring. End user monitoring provides organizations with the ability to monitor the user experience on their websites and apps in real-time.

Pros

Also like that you can select the monitor locations (which countries) and setup timeframes for each site individually.

Cons

Not too thrilled with the interface, it's a bit janky, but it does what it needs to do so I'm happy, but could really use a UI/UX redesign, it's not easy to find anything in here unless you already know where it is.

Pros

It's a good value and pricing strategy that works for us as a integrator dealer that offers MSP like services.

Cons

The "monitors" were kind of hard to figure out and needed some help from support to figure out as documentation wasn't enough.
