Jason: So, the dashboard is laid out to allow you to easily add items. So, as we see here we have different tabs. Each tab is basically user created. So, this allows me to create where I want my custom reports, where I want my external monitoring, maybe where I have my agents located. So, we can click the plus sign to add a new tab. It will be labeled by a number. So, it will say, 'Page 11.' However, I can quickly double click and I can change that to, 'demo,' to allow me to create a new tab. Then I can just quickly drag and drop monitors. So, I can come to the RUM monitor. I can quickly grab that monitor and move it over to demo.
So, grab this transaction monitor and we can quickly move over to the demo tab here. I can drop that monitor there and that monitor is now on that new associated tab. In addition, the top toolbars allow us to access the features that are available in Monitis. Each one is labeled for the different types of areas. So, monitors allow us to add the different types of monitors that are available. Alerts allow us to add new contacts, check our SMS balance. We can even see if there's any offline agents. In addition, it gives us that alert history to allow us to see when alerts were sent out.
The tab status view allows us to quickly see overviews of the monitors that are running. So, if we click on, 'Status Views,' and we go to, 'Uptime,' and we say, 'Uptime,' it would allow us to get a snapshot of our uptime monitors as they sit right now. We'd be able to quickly see if any of them are failing or if there's any issues. The reports tab allows us to pull the reports that are available for our different monitors. So, we can pull the management reposts. We can even do custom reports as well as through email reports where we can email those reports out to you on a -- either a periodic basic or just add [inaudible 00:02:28] if you need a report immediately.
The tools tab has the associated tools. So, we can enter in notes if we want. We can check out API documentation. We can find the mobile apps downloads for our IOS and Android applications. We can download the agents that are available for internal monitoring. We can see some of the extensions that we have available in Monitis. We can then see those additional physical tools like the web stress test, the website security scan. We can see any shared items that we have shared out on our dashboard as well. We can even pull a monitoring configuration done as well.
Then we also have our help menu. So, if for any reason you run into any issues setting up your account or the monitors themselves, you can find our help documentation using help manuals. You can contact the Monitis support teams so that they'll be able to reach out to you. In addition, we do have a health status page available under help. So, if you want to know if any of our particular node locations are having an issue, you'd be able to click on the Monitis health status page and it would open up our status page as well there.
To the left side we do have different available options. So, if we come to the external monitor tab which allows us to see a number of different tabs open, we can actually all at once change in bulk the graphs that are available. So, right now I have some tables and I have some line charts. I can switch everything to table or I can switch everything to line chart in an instance without having to go to each individual monitor. The bulk changes also allow me to select the time frame that I'm looking at. So, if I want to see the last three days for all of my monitors, I don't have to go to each individual monitor and adjust those. I can just bulk change to a specific -- either specific date or date range there. The bulk editing also allows me to change the number of columns. So, right now I have two columns but I can change at any point to a different layout whether it's an auto layout of two by two, two by three and etc., there.
In addition, we can also minimize or expand those monitors there as well. So, right now I have some that are minimized here and I have some that are expanded here. If I wanted everything to be minimized, I can click this button here and it will go ahead and minimize everything for me and then I can open them back up just by clicking that. We also have our full screen option which allows us to click the full screen there and take the dashboard outside of the browser essentially giving us that full screen view there. Then if I click back it will take me back.
In addition, I can also share these pages from the left-hand side. The share pages allow me to share this information out to -- whether it's potential clients or even management so that they can see reports without having to ever login to the dashboard. So, if I click the share page module here it gives me a URL which is based off the Monitis dashboard. I can share this via email. I can even request that there's a password for authentication. So, if I don't want just anybody accessing the information I can enable the password authentication and include a password with that share page there. We also have our featured service box here as well. So, if we want to know of any new services that are available we can click featured services and it will show the services that area new here. We can add new web security scans, real user monitoring or even web scenario stress tests.
If we continue down here we also have our Monitis user voice. So, from time to time clients come up with great ideas that should be implemented into our product. This gives them a space to voice those ideas and allows our product management to see those ideas in an organized fashion there. Then last but not least, once you have the monitors in your account that you'd like to use you can use our upgrade window here which allows you to see the pricing that you would be using in our services at the moment.
